Maintain a healthy weight: for all cancer survivors, weight management is the most important, and people who are underweight or overweight should try their best to adjust to normal weight;
Regular sports activities:
1. Avoid immobility: do general physical activities (such as climbing stairs) and take a walk every day.
2. Adhere to moderate or 75-minute high-intensity exercise of at least 150 minutes per week, and disperse for one week.
Remarks:
Low-intensity exercise: there is no obvious change in respiratory rhythm during exercise, such as light housework, slow walking, Tai Ji Chuan, etc.
Moderate intensity exercise: you can still talk when exercising, such as walking fast and riding a bike;
High-intensity exercise: You can only say a few words during exercise, such as climbing mountains and running.
