I haven't eaten a meal for two days, and I have lost weight 16 kg. I usually drink soup when I am hungry (freeze-dried soup, living in a dormitory, can't make soup). I eat some fruits and vegetables for every meal, but the amount is not big.
Everyone says I'm so unhealthy ~ but I think it's ok. I haven't caught a cold or had a fever for a long time ~
It's nothing. I just jump rope and climb stairs or something. It feels good.
