When our doctors in acupuncture department are busy, they walk around all day, giving injections, cupping and doing treatments, and even have no time to drink water. When they get home, they are often too tired to talk. At this time, press Ashi point to eliminate fatigue. This method is simple and effective, so you might as well try it.

To put it bluntly, "Ashi point" is a sensitive part of the body when it is compressed, and it is more comfortable after it is compressed. This acupoint has no fixed position.

When you are tired of operation, you can find the corresponding Ashi point where you feel tired and do some kneading. One hand plays a fixing role, and the thumb of the other hand presses on the tenderness of the muscle. After deeply pressing 1 min, you can knead about 1 min.

If you feel that your hands are not strong enough, you can also use a massage stick instead of finger pressing.

Ashi point, with little knowledge, is said to have been discovered by Sun Simiao, a famous doctor in ancient China. On one occasion, Sun Simiao treated a patient, but there was nothing he could do. One day, he accidentally pressed the patient somewhere, and the patient's pain was relieved immediately. Sun Si fumbled for this place, and the patient shouted:

"Ah ... here, here." By needling this acupoint, the patient's condition has improved. So he named this special acupoint "Ashi Point".

In addition to Ashi point, we can also press some corresponding points to eliminate fatigue, and the effect will double. For example, if you are tired, you can choose Jianjing point, and if you are tired, you can choose the temple.

The acupoint Shoulder Well is located in the middle of the muscles on both sides of the shoulder, that is, where the shoulder pole is pressed against the shoulder when we are carrying a load. When pressing by hand, raise your hands, open your thumb and hold the shoulder muscles in a pincer shape relative to the other four fingers. Hold the shoulder muscles with the thumb in front and the four fingers behind, and then lift and pinch the shoulder muscles rhythmically with relative force. The movements should be light and heavy, and the lifting should be consistent. Knead continuously 1~2 minutes.

temple

The positions of acupoints and temples are the easiest to find, just on both sides of the head. First, find the midpoint between the eyebrow and the outer corner of the eye, and the most concave part is the temple.

Manipulation can be done by gently pressing the temples with both thumbs, rotating clockwise 1 min, and then counterclockwise 1 min.

Massage your hands together, massage both sides of your nose with little finger HM, then massage your cheeks with your palm, and finally close your eyes and massage your eyes and their surroundings with the fingertips of your index finger, middle finger and ring finger.

When washing your face in the morning or at night, you can also wipe your face with a hot towel, which can also improve the symptoms of fatigue.

Lifting your legs to make them at the same level as or higher than the heart can promote blood circulation, supplement oxygen supply to the brain and eliminate mental fatigue. At the same time, pinching the knees, pinching the calves, and rubbing the inner and outer ankles can improve the fatigue of the lower limbs.
