1. collect wormwood: collect wormwood in the fields from June to August when the weather is fine. When collecting the leaves of wormwood, it is best to pad some fluff on the back of the leaves. When picking, be careful to pull only leaves, not stems.
2. Drying: drying the collected Folium Artemisiae Argyi for several days to make it as dry as possible.
3. Use scissors to properly cut the naturally dried Folium Artemisiae Argyi.
4. Put an appropriate amount (about 50g) into a microwave container, put it into a furnace, heat it for about 2-3 minutes on medium-high fire, and take it out for cooling. Of course, if you don't want to use the microwave, you can fry it in a pan. Drying is very important.
5. Take about 10g of dried Folium Artemisiae Argyi at a time, wash the vegetables in the kitchen and put them into a water-controlled stainless steel basket.
It is best to pinch it on the kitchen sink, and the moxa powder will fall under it. After kneading, it will be cleaned with water. Be careful to pick out the stick when you pinch it.
6. This method is the best practice that I personally recommend, and it is very simple. It's no problem to wrap the rolled moxa stick for a few minutes.
