How do you achieve a high degree of self-discipline?
Since I was pregnant with my daughter, my weight has soared to 174 kg, and my physical indicators are not satisfactory, so I made up my mind to lose weight. I made a diet of three meals a day to reduce fat. I gave myself a regular dose on time. I didn't feel like eating too much and didn't give myself a chance to gain weight! I will also keep a weight loss diary every day, how much I lost today and how much I plan to lose tomorrow, and make a weight loss record, so that I can see my weight loss results more intuitively and give myself motivation. This is how my self-discipline was developed. Now I have successfully lost 20 kilograms in half a year, and the goal is 120 kilograms. As long as I insist on self-discipline, I believe it will come true soon!
