Two ways to eat Siraitia grosvenorii for beauty and slimming

Here are two ways to eat Siraitia grosvenorii:

(1) Candy drinks

Ingredients: 250 grams of Siraitia grosvenorii, and appropriate amount of sugar.

Method: pulverize Siraitia grosvenorii, add appropriate amount of water, decoct for 3 times, each time for half an hour, steam with low fire until thick, cool, add white sugar, mix well, dry in the sun, pulverize and bottle for later use. Take about 10g each time and brew with boiling water.

(2) Siraitia grosvenorii japonica rice porridge

Raw materials: 250g of Siraitia grosvenorii, 50g of japonica rice, proper amount of refined salt and monosodium glutamate.

Method: crush Siraitia grosvenorii, add appropriate amount of water, decoct for 3 times, and filter the residue with gauze for later use.

Wash polished rice with clear water and add it to Siraitia grosvenorii soup to cook porridge. The porridge is boiling. Turn down the heat and continue to cook until the rice is rotten. Add refined salt and monosodium glutamate and serve.
