Practice method of blood pressure lowering exercise
This exercise consists of ten sections, and both sitting and standing positions can be practiced. The whole exercise takes only 10 minutes to complete.

Part I: Prepare for Action

Sit and stand naturally, keep straight, face straight ahead, sink your shoulders and elbows, hold your chest and back, adjust your breath to keep your mind, keep your feet at Yongquan point, relax your whole body muscles, and breathe through your nose when practicing. You can choose the posture of standing and sitting according to your own physique.

Section 2: Press and rub the sun

Efficacy: dispel wind and relieve exterior syndrome, clear brain and improve eyesight, and relieve headache.

Operation: Use the rib surface of the left and right index fingers to cling to the depression one inch backward between the brow tip and the outer corner of the eye, press the temple and rotate it clockwise, with a period of 1 beat (four eight beats).

Section 3: Massage Baihui

Efficacy: calming the heart and calming the nerves, clearing the brain and lowering blood pressure.

Operation: rotate with the palms of the left and right hands near Baihui point, and beat 1 every week (this point is at the top of the head, right in the center of the connecting line between the two ear tips) (four beats and eight beats).

Section 4: Press and knead the wind pool

Efficacy: soothe the nerves, clear the brain and relieve annoyance.

Operation: Sweep the bilateral Fengchi points with the rib surface of both hands, and rotate them clockwise by 65438 0 beats (Fengchi points are depressed on both sides of the back neck) (four beats).

Section 5: grinding your head and clearing your brain

Efficacy: relaxing muscles and tendons, calming the liver and calming the wind, lowering blood pressure and clearing the brain.

Operation: Separate your fingers naturally, massage with thenar from the forehead to the back of your ear, and walk in an arc from front to back 1 time to 1 beat (four eight beats).

Part 6: neck massage to lower blood pressure

Efficacy: Relieve the spasm of sternocleidomastoid muscle and lower blood pressure.

Section 7: Kneading and Lowering Blood Pressure

Section 8: Kneading and Closing the Chest

Section 9: Guide blood downward

Efficacy: Knead the internal causes, strengthen the spleen and stomach, and guide the blood downward.

Operation: Press Zusanli point on both legs with the left thumb and the right thumb at the same time, and rotate it once for 1 beat (this point is located at the lateral depression of the four fingers below the external knee) (four or eight beats).

Section 10: Expanding Chest and Regulating Qi

Efficacy: Comfort, breast enhancement and smoothness.

Operation: hands relax and droop, then hold empty fists, bend over and lift, lift shoulders and expand chest backwards, and finally relax and recover. For example, when standing to expand the chest, you can lift your left leg and knees at the same time and jump to the ground when restoring.
