Mulberry, sugar, honey, glass bottle (or clay pot)
working methods
1. Wash and dry the mulberry. Make sure the glass bottle is dry and oil-free. Regarding the selection of containers, it is important to note that the gas in the bottle will expand after fermentation, so you must choose a bottle with good quality and strong enough to prevent the bottle from bursting and hurting people.
2. Mulberry fruit and sugar are mixed together according to the ratio of 2: 1 (1 kg of mulberry: half a catty of sugar), and finally some honey is added. After the fruit is fermented, the gas in the bottle will expand, so don't fill it too full.
3. Cover it with plastic wrap, tightly cover it and put it in a cool and ventilated place for more than three weeks.
Use a dry and oil-free spoon when eating, and then cover the bottle cap. When drinking fruit juice, you can add a little water to dilute it, or add some ice cubes, which tastes better and the pulp can be eaten together.
