I tried to lose weight through exercise, and I was even hungrier. I can't help eating. Exercise is to tighten the skin, and now the skin is very loose.
I belong to the kind that falls slowly. This method is not easy. On the fourth day, I will starve to death. After seven days, I will feel much better. At the end of a month, I will feel weak, my eyes are not clear, and my face is black and yellow. This is my symptom, so I changed my diet the next month, and the effect was good. Most of the top ten pounds were reduced by visceral fat, and my body drained a lot of water, which made me look very thin. In fact, I have to wait until the visceral fat consumption is almost the same before I can consume the body fat. I must remember to drink more water and take a sip every time. I keep four or six bottles of water every day, which can be said to be drinking saliva for a while. It's really hungry.
Also, it will be better to eat B vitamins during weight loss. I really didn't do any exercise in the first month. I can't do it. If I do, I will faint. Finally, when I get home, I want to sleep. When I fall asleep, I don't feel hungry. When I woke up, I drank water. That's it. Even so, I lost 6 pounds in the first month.
More importantly, you must pay attention to your skin. Hydrate your skin regularly to keep it elastic!
