I used Bello's caffeine for the first time yesterday. After taking a shower, apply it directly by hand. My calves, thighs, stomach and arms have all been wiped, and I feel nothing except that my hands are a little hot. However, after more than ten minutes, my calves, thighs, stomach and arms really began to get hot, like sticking a warm baby, and it was not as painful as some people said.
