A strange thing happened when I was practicing meditation at home, so I asked for help.
Meditation yoga is the best way to help relieve stress. Yoga meditation can make people abandon all kinds of material desires, relieve stress and repair damaged cells in the human body, which can't be achieved by deep sleep. Can repair the aging caused by too many distractions. When you start practicing meditation yoga, you should relax first. With soft yoga music, lie on the yoga mat and relax, close your eyes, put your arms at your sides, palms up, and feet slightly apart. Second, relax. In meditation, mental relaxation is as important as physical relaxation. According to reports, the relaxed body and mind make the whole person feel like floating in the air, with no worries and distractions, only soft music in his ear, as if he was the only one in the world. The instructor instructed everyone to open their eyes and look at the glass in front of them, crystal pool. The petals of pink roses float in the crystal water, and each piece has a different posture. They began to pay attention to the petals and remind them of everything they saw. In meditation, we should clearly experience vague emotions, including positive and negative emotions, carefully review the whole process of negative emotions, make judgments that are not in line with the facts, or recall happy times and sweet memories. In meditation, release the anxiety and tension caused by living and working under pressure for a long time, accurately grasp your inner world, look at familiar things in a brand-new way, free yourself from the cage set by your heart, and make yourself healthy and full of vitality. "Meditate for about 5 minutes, and the last thing is to adjust your breathing and adjust it through the luck of your abdomen, so as to discharge the polluted air in your body. At this time, the whole person fell asleep, relaxed physically and mentally, and just wanted to lie like this all the time, quietly enjoying this rare tranquility and leisure. Early morning and bedtime are the best time for meditation. Any other time is fine as long as you are free, but you should avoid meditation immediately after meals. At home or in the office, you can practice meditation yoga, learn to relax and practice without interference. Qiqi introduced that yoga should be practiced step by step, not China. The word Zen and meditation comes from Zen in Sanskrit. In ancient times, the word was translated into Zen, which was spread to China by the founder of Dharma in ancient times and then to Japan by China. In Japan, it is called Zen. There is no word Zen in western languages, which can only be translated into medicine, and medicine comes from medicine. Today's meditation comes from the translation of meditation. Meditation also translates meditation into meditation and meditation, and basically translates the things of Osho into meditation on the Internet in China. Meditation course is the course of Zen. Meditation and Zen are a state of perception. What is perception? Perception: Perception means that you hit me or get scalded by boiling water, and I feel pain. This is a kind of perceptual induction. Zen: Our minds are always in a state of thinking. If we think too much, we will forget our perception. If we think too much, we will forget the body's perception. If we are in a state of thinking for a long time, our body and mind will be highly divided. When we are in a strong division, we will suffer from insomnia, anxiety and nervousness, which will lead to various diseases, such as high blood pressure and heart disease. When a person is far away from consciousness and in a state of "missing", his mind is completely divorced from his body, and his perception loses its ability to perceive. Pay attention to pedestrians on the road, and you will find that, especially in big cities, when you observe them, everyone is not walking. When he walks, his eyes and movements are taken to another destination in his mind. It is difficult to walk easily. This state of walking is to pull his mind out of his body. If you observe the old people exercising in the park in the early morning or at dusk, you will find that their walking state is completely different from that during the day. In order to walk, they move harmoniously. When a person overthinks, the mind leaves the body, and the body and mind split, leading to various diseases. Zen is practicing yoga. Through a series of methods, your body and mind are reunited and enter a state of perception, which cannot be expressed in words. Therefore, the word Zen is used to describe this state, which is the purpose and effect of practicing yoga. The principle of meditation: the literal interpretation of meditation: what is invisible is death. Thinking is your thinking and thinking, and meditation is to get rid of your thinking and thinking and find your perception. Meditation, everyone mistakenly thinks that only sitting there is meditation, and even a meditation course is specially set up. In fact, you can enter this state without thinking at any time and anywhere. For example, posture, observing breathing, can also enter meditation. When doing asana, you can move your body by breathing. When you move your body through breathing, when your body reaches its limit, you are already in a state of meditation. Some people call asana movement mobile meditation. From what is the entrance to mobile meditation, after observing our body for a period of time, we will find that there are controllable parts and uncontrollable parts in the body. Controllable: For example, you can move your body, blink, inhale and hold your breath. Uncontrollable: For example, the growth of nails and hair is beyond your control. Meditation comes from the controllable part of our body. For example, when you bend down and reach your limit, your thinking stops at this time. Many poses in yoga require you to try your best to reach the limits of your body. After reaching the limit of your body, your consciousness will enter the state of perception and the realm of Zen. The yam in pranayama has another meaning: infinite extension, infinite extension. When a posture reaches infinite extension, it enters the state of Zen. Practicing asana requires the limits of the body. After physical exercise, many teachers will set up some candlelight meditation, om meditation, breathing meditation and so on. The principle is the same. Candlelight meditation is with your eyes. Keep your eyes open and don't blink. In fact, as long as you master the principle, you can master meditation without candles, open your eyes without candles, and try not to blink. When the controllable system is uncontrollable, your eyes open for a while, and you need to blink to protect your eyes when you are tired, but you control him not to blink, then your thinking stops, and there is no thinking at this time. The practice of meditation is actually to use the controllable parts of the body to cut off thinking, and so is breathing. Many teachers will teach exhaling, inhaling and holding your breath. Let's experiment. Take a deep breath and hold your breath. The moment you hold your breath, your mind goes into a vacuum and you can't think. I entered Zen. When thinking is cut off, there is an energy that automatically flows into perception. Perception and thinking can hardly coexist. When there is too much thinking, perception will disappear. Zen is in a state of perception, which is wise. A child or a madman who has no consciousness of thinking. Children and lunatics have low-level thinking and have not yet started, and their perception is ignorant and unwise. Zen is the high unity of perception and wisdom. Meditation skills are the most common way for yoga to enter mobile meditation. Master this method to make the joints and stretching parts of the body reach the limit. Why is the waist bone so soft when practicing yoga? The softness of yoga is different from acrobatics. Yoga expands and stretches the body shape by reaching the realm of meditation, and acrobatics controls the body to a certain extent. The origin of asana practice is to exercise the controllable parts of the body to the limit, cut off thinking and enter the realm of meditation, so it is called moving meditation. Second, the idea of candlelight meditation is to meditate a little. The light should not be too bright. Look at candlelight with your eyes, because the eyes are the most vulnerable part of a person's body, and it is very difficult to keep your eyes open for a long time. The purpose of persistence is not to keep your eyes fixed on candlelight for a long time, but to let you experience cutting off your thinking and enter a state of perception when you are tired without blinking, so as to meditate. 3. Humming meditation is with eyes, and humming meditation is with ears. In the past, there was a big clock in a temple or church. When the time comes, the bell will ring. You are told to stop thinking when the bell rings. At this time, you will enter meditation. When you notice that the bell rings until it disappears, the sound of listening changes from sound to silence, and your mind enters a state of Zen. Use controllable parts of the body. When you meditate, you pronounce an om sound, expanding the M sound to three times that of the O sound. At this time, when you listen to the process from sound to silence with your ears, your mind is cut off and you enter the state of Zen. Fourth, observe the breath and meditate. After sitting firmly in the lotus, listen to your own exhalation and inhalation with your ears, and listen to the sound of breathing. Because this breath is very subtle, you should listen very attentively and quietly. When you listen attentively to the sound of this breath, your heart is cut off, and you enter a state of meditation and meditation. 5. Other meditation methods In addition to the above methods of class, you can also practice at ordinary times, practice meditation anytime and anywhere, and enter the meditation realm. Call yourself (according to) When you are upset, have many ideas or feel confused, call your name: when you call your name, call you another friend. " Xxx, where are you? You also answered "I am", just like you answered your friend's phone. At the moment you answer, your mind is cut off and you enter a state of Zen. (2) Look in the mirror and look at yourself in the mirror. Don't look at it with the usual thinking of "I look in the mirror". But to change roles. You are the man in the mirror. Look at yourself. You will have a strange feeling when your familiar face looks at you in the mirror. When you look at your familiar face, you will have a very special sense of understanding. The feeling of understanding is that Zen cannot be said. This is the feeling of comprehension, which can be experienced. (3) stupefied, silly. When I was very anxious, I said to myself, I am stupefied for a while, my lips are separated, my chin is relaxed, and I am stupefied for a while. At this moment, my mind was cut off instantly, and I entered a state of Zen. (4) Doing manual work without thinking (mending shoes and embroidering) is prone to this state. When I concentrate on doing manual work, I hum a song in my mouth, and my brain is not thinking, resulting in pleasure. Happiness can be found through meditation. The happiness of meditation is beyond the sensory pleasure, beyond the sensory pleasure between men and women, which is understandable and difficult to describe. I enjoyed this pleasure in the process of meditation and felt no pain, although it was difficult to meditate at first. Yoga teachers should first explain the truth, purpose and concept of meditation in meditation classes. Professional training meditation should meditate in class, and the posture of meditation is related to our body energy. In the classic vedic classics of India, the human body is described as a big tree, with its roots at Baihui point on the top of its head and its branches and leaves are hands, feet and limbs. When meditating, roll up your legs and put your hands on your knees, that is, gather the branches and leaves and return the energy to your roots again. So when you see a monk meditating, you will put your feet in the air to form a double dish, put your hands together or your palms in the air on your knees, and form a circle inside your body to form this shape. In meditation, besides cross-legged, the most important thing is that the spine should be straight. If the spine is not straight, the body's energy will be absorbed by gravity, leading to energy loss. When the spine is completely straight, there is only one contact point between the spine and the ground. The less contact surface, the less energy loss of the body. When practicing meditation, in addition to straightening the spine, we should meditate to slowly raise the energy from "Yin Hui Point" to "Baihui Point", which is actually to collect the energy from the roots of the head. This is also the explanation of our whole physiology in Vedic literature. He explained it with energy, which is deeper than modern medicine, and used "headstand" as yoga. Stand up straight when you meditate. You can use yoga bricks as an aid at first. If the students' spine collapses during practice, you should help them straighten up. Don't talk about time at first, two or five minutes is fine, but make sure your spine is straight within two minutes, and then extend the time. If your spine can't be straight, you'd rather not meditate. When doing om meditation in meditation class, the teacher should first communicate well and explain the functions and benefits of om clearly. At first, the students were embarrassed to sing loudly. At this time, the teacher should make a good demonstration. Just starting to do om meditation, you should be skilled enough, and the om sound should have a good breath. It is best to oscillate the sound in the whole classroom and drive the students to sing loudly. When the students speak slowly, you should gradually turn down your voice so that your voice can be integrated with the students' voice. Teachers should pay attention to some phenomena in students' practice in meditation class: some students will reflect on the practice of om sound and meditation, feel the prana in the body, and feel the enlargement, contraction, rising, sinking, rotation and even the spirit floating out of the body during high meditation. It is called "Eight Touches" in Buddhism. At first, we will chase after external things, such as money, status and so on. When we enter spiritual meditation, we will unconsciously pursue a kind of spiritual enjoyment, and that feeling will be wonderful. My body "flies out" and my mind will pursue the feeling of "flying out". I want to enter this realm every time. I must explain to the students that this is. Is a kind of desire. The real yoga meditation is to observe oneself as the object of observation, and observe one's emotions like observing the flow of a river. Whether your thoughts produce happy or unhappy emotions, all kinds of thoughts come and go in your mind, or your body is numb, ants climb over and so on. Don't care, completely unmoved and undisturbed. Your body, head and mood are like things that don't belong to you. In this stable and rational way, you can perceive your feelings and feelings, and don't enter meditation because of feelings. Until there are no observers or things in your mind, only profound observation, awareness and perception are left. Many people regard meditation class as a class to restrain thinking and increase perseverance, and see how long they can meditate to judge the level of practicing yoga. Some people come to meditation class with a lot of troubles, and consciously suppress their troubles in class to achieve the so-called mood relaxation. After class, I was troubled by troubles, came to class again, and suppressed my troubles. Repeatedly, the spirit will split. Meditation means observing your thoughts and troubles without being disturbed, just like observing the flow of river water. No matter what is in the river, whether it is glass bottles, tape, leaves or the flowing clean and clear water, you can feel your emotions and state of mind, just like observing the river, and you are unmoved when observing it. However, because many teachers don't understand meditation, they turn meditation into a class to increase perseverance and start training your perseverance. You can sit for 5 minutes at first, strengthen your perseverance and let yourself sit for 2 hours. Perseverance at this time is very tough, but it is completely opposite to the path of meditation. If you can enter the meditation state of Zen, it is a natural process for you to sit still for 5~ 0 minutes without much perseverance. Therefore, if the purpose and method of meditation are not clear, it is difficult to achieve epiphany. Some people can be enlightened in a short time, while others can't be enlightened after years of meditation. On the contrary, many years of skills can be wasted because of some small things. The following story can well illustrate this truth: in ancient times, there was a man who meditated persistently for many years, and he meditated so beautifully that he could even sink into the river for a long time before meditating. Once, when he was meditating by the river, he saw two fish mating, which touched his senses and made him feel that he could not get the same pleasure as fish mating after meditating for so many years. What is the purpose of meditation? In an instant, all his perseverance collapsed, and his meditation skills for many years disappeared.
