Ingredients: half onion, carrot 1 root, 8 celery, 3 tomatoes, sweet corn 1 root, green bamboo shoots 1 root.
Accessories: salt 1/2 teaspoons 3g, white pepper 1/4 teaspoons1g.
working methods
1. Wash onions, carrots, tomatoes, green bamboo shoots and sweet corn and cut them into hob blocks with the same size. Celery leaves are removed and only stalks are left, and cut into small pieces for later use.
2. Pour a little oil into the soup pot, then stir-fry 2/3 red onion slices and all onion slices in the pot for 30 seconds until the tomatoes become soft and red soup appears.
3. Pour enough water into the pot, then add carrots, celery, sweet corn and green bamboo shoots.
4. After the fire boils, turn to low heat, cover the pot and cook for about 20 minutes.
5. Put the remaining small portions of tomatoes into the pot, sprinkle with salt and white pepper, and serve after stirring evenly.
