This paper introduces the academic achievements and clinical experience of three generations of modern Lingnan traumatology doctors and Min, represented by town cadres. Yiguang, the first protector of Zheng 'an, set up yiguang in Foshan from Tongzhi to Guangxu, and was good at injuries from falls. The second custodian was a famous orthopedic doctor in Lingnan during the Republic of China. The book "Lecture Notes on Traumatology" compiled by him became the national standard of "Guan's Traumatology" and was popularized. The third custodian, Zou Min, a famous old Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangdong after the founding of the People's Republic of China, founded bonesetting manipulations and dermatological drugs, among which Plaster No.2 and Plaster No.1 of Orthopedics/KLOC-0 are still in clinical use. Guan's traumatologist is one of the schools of modern Lingnan orthopedics and traumatology, with academic influence for a hundred years, benefiting countless patients and treating the wounded, and Lingnan is unique.
