Your lower limbs are about the same size and experience.
Running is ok, but there are conditions. The key problem is to avoid rubbing and damaging the inner thigh. You should pay attention to these:
1, choose the right shorts. Sports (coat) shorts must not be as short as professional athletes, and they should cover most of the thicker parts of the thighs, and the thickness of the trouser legs should be appropriate. If it is too thin, the legs will be easily rubbed and injured. If it is too thick, the weight will increase, and it will be heavy after absorbing a lot of sweat and will not stick to the legs. There are two types of shorts:
A) Choose high-elastic pants, such as spandex close-fitting pants (no need to wear underwear) or half-length (knee-length, no need for extra underwear) training pants sold by Dowin (a domestic marathon clothing brand) (often worn by rhythmic gymnasts in gymnasiums on TV), both of which are more wear-resistant, smooth and close-fitting. Whether you have any other troubles depends on how thick your legs are. It is difficult to buy suitable clothes in extreme cases, such as the size of a sumo wrestler. Many specialty stores don't buy oversized clothes, so you may need to order them. Such trousers or semi-trousers are somewhat similar to bicycle racing clothes (unlike bicycle racing clothes with pads in the crotch). This choice has the least friction, and the disadvantage is that it is ugly to wear.
B) The underwear itself is smooth, with long leg tubes and close-fitting (it won't string to the leg roots because of excessive sweating), which is used to prevent the shorts outside from rubbing the legs. The shorts outside are also relatively long (they can be covered by pushing more than two thirds, but they can never reach the knees), and the fabric is similar to silk, which is thin and not heavy, and the water absorption is not easy to fit (similar to the fabric of professional long-distance running shorts). Outer shorts have only very soft and small stitches on the inner thigh. I'm using this combination, but it's still hard to buy. Outer shorts, the domestic brand of Lucky Star and the largest size I can wear (Adidas also has a large enough size, but it has a mesh lining, so I don't need to wear more underwear, but I'm afraid the mesh will rub my legs, so I dare not buy it).
No matter what kind, you must adhere to a principle when buying shorts, and you must suit your body shape, no matter how famous and professional the opponent is (the competition clothes of professional athletes are not suitable for most ordinary people at all, let alone special ones).
2, the vest of the upper body should also be as close as possible (the professional track and field suit is too small, the upper body may not be so serious, maybe you can try it), otherwise the space is too big, and the protruding parts are easy to wear out after sweating.
3, shoes should choose professional marathon shoes, which are far more adaptable than other shoes. As long as the quantity is appropriate, it is generally not a big problem. Dowin in China is the cheapest, and most students in physical education colleges use it. Personally, I think there is no difference in weight, softness and comfort between shoes that are much more expensive abroad.
4. The running distance should be gradual, and the shorter distance should be kept for at most one week. When you get used to it, it will gradually increase, and finally it will be effective if you can run for more than half an hour (it is normal for beginners to gain weight by muscle growth in a step-by-step process).
It says summer clothes. In winter, my choice is spandex high-elastic close-fitting pants+sports cotton pants. The problem is better than summer.
Reducing hip fat may be a way to climb stairs repeatedly, but pay attention to safety and don't fall out of control when you are tired.
I think there is a misunderstanding about the reduction of thigh muscles:
If there are too many congenital thigh muscles, it must not be reduced unless it is harmful to health. The problem is that when you have more thigh muscles than others, you often have a lot of fat. Pick up the surface of your thigh and calf, and you will feel the difference. Losing these fats is not only possible in itself, but also effective in improving body shape.
In addition, in addition to sportswear, ordinary clothes can also make similar choices (underwear is smooth, trouser legs are long, and outer pants are more wear-resistant).
