Solution: Eat more coarse grains, eat more fresh vegetables, eat more high-quality protein, and eat less or no high-oil and high-fat foods.

Solution: Yoga, light diet, eating potassium-containing food, jogging and soaking feet.
Metabolic obesity
Physical characteristics: abdominal obesity.
Causes of obesity: overnutrition and slow metabolism.
Solution: Control the total calories, drink plenty of water, eat high-quality protein food, and don't stay up late.
