The combination of pumpkin and soybean milk plant fiber can help digestion and lower cholesterol, which is a good degreasing and weight loss product.

Preparation materials:

80g peeled pumpkin, 5g soybean 15, 300ml water and 8- 10 peanuts.

Exercise:

1. Wash the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces of about 1cm.

2. It is said that 15g soybeans need not be soaked. If dried beans are not supported, they need to be soaked for 5-6 hours in advance.

3. Wash soybeans, pumpkins and peanuts with clear water.

4. Pour into the cooking machine, add 300ml of water, and start the soybean milk program, which takes about 28 minutes.
