How to add fasting time to mint app
The mint app adds fasting time like this.

1. Open the mint health software, find mine in the options bar at the bottom, and click to enter my interface.

2. In my interface, you can set a lot of personal health information, and you can see the basic information in the middle part of the page. Click to enter the basic information interface.

3. In the middle and lower part of the basic information interface, you can see options such as weight management goal, target weight, and target achievement speed. Here, you can set up an empty stomach calculator according to your personal situation.
