Raw materials: (Chinese medicine shops basically sell them)
Arnebia euchroma:10g
Sanguisorba officinalis:10g
Angelica sinensis: 10g
Angelica dahurica: 10g
Radix Rehmanniae, Myrrha and Radix Astragali can also be added.
Borneol: 1g (optional) or mint (the added mint is dried mint leaves, which is more natural and less irritating than borneol).
Cold-rolled sesame oil: 50g (you really can't buy it, ordinary sesame oil is also acceptable).
Shea butter, grape seed oil and jojoba oil can be used. Oil for making purple grass cream. I choose black sesame oil, which is refreshing and not greasy, and has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying itself.
Beeswax: 10g
1 Prepare a large iron pot, a stove and a vat.
First, decoct the medicine in a large pot with the medicine you have prepared. You can fry it three times. Add water to the pot every time, until it is less than half, and put it in a wooden bucket. The same is true for the next two. When decocting, each medicine should be at least twice, preferably more than half a catty.
It takes a long time to put the medicine decocted in wooden barrels in the iron pot as needed, and it takes three and a half pots of medicine to be the same as lard in summer.
Then pour it out.
There are two different sayings here. One is to pour the sesame oil first, and the other is to pour the potion first. We have tried both, and the results are the same, so we can't get together.
Up to now, I think it is feasible to pour sesame oil first. Boil the sesame oil until it can spontaneously ignite, and then pour all the medicine in. It's faster here. Watch your hands and face.
7 then stir-fry while frying, and stir-fry until spontaneous combustion, and then put realgar.
8 put realgar. This is another difficult period. "I don't describe it here because each medicine will be different at the end of each decoction." When the specification is very thick.
Finally, the pot won't move, just let it out for a day to a day and a half. Success is that chopsticks can't be inserted.
10 remember that when making plaster, just pour sesame oil on the fire, and you can't cover the pot after frying.
