(1) Rubbing method: Rub the fingers or palms of both hands back and forth on the skin. Move slowly, not too strongly, and have a sense of rhythm.
(2) Kneading method: Roll your hands back and forth on the skin and knead your body.
(3) Pinch method: Use the thumb and middle finger of both hands as pincers, pinch the skin and muscles and roll forward in a certain direction.
(4) Push method: press the skin with your fingers or palms, front, back, left and right. Move forcefully, not too fast.
(5) Flapping method: Make a fist with both hands, not too tight, and slap the body moderately (in order).
