Thailand's domestic entry:
1, foreigners who come to Thailand and return to Thailand should try to come to Thailand by private car or chartered car if conditions permit. If you need to take public transportation, please be sure to take personal protection on the way. After arriving in Thailand, encourage voluntary 1 nucleic acid testing and consciously carry out health monitoring for 7 days.
2. Strictly restrict people from medium and high-risk areas from coming to Thailand, and carry out 14-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for six types of high-risk groups, such as close contacts, sub-close contacts, people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of infected people, people who are accompanied by "simultaneous space flight", people in medium and high-risk areas and people in global closed management areas;
3. If it is really necessary for personnel from middle and high-risk districts and counties to come to Thailand temporarily, they shall be isolated for 7 days after arriving in Thailand and monitored at home for 7 days;
4. People from other counties in the prefecture-level city where the medium-high risk area is located do not have to come to Thailand. If they really need to come to Thailand, they must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours, and then conduct 1 nucleic acid testing after arriving in Thailand.
5. Conduct 1 nucleic acid test on people who live and work in the six categories of high-risk personnel and people who have lived in the county where the high-risk area is located within 14 days.
6. People in high-risk positions outside the city should try to avoid coming to Thailand. If you really need to come to Thailand, you must meet the requirements of leaving your job 14 days or more and holding a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to the destination village three days in advance.
7. Foreign personnel who come to Thailand and return to Thailand should take the initiative to report the living history and working history of high-risk posts in key areas of overseas and domestic epidemic situation to villages and hotels, and actively cooperate with the implementation of corresponding prevention and control measures. If the epidemic prevention and control is delayed due to concealment or false reporting, the corresponding responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
Overseas entry into Thailand:
1, strict closed-loop management shall be carried out for those who enter Thailand. For those who have been quarantined at the entry port for 14 days, nucleic acid tests shall be carried out twice immediately after arriving in Thailand, and those who are negative shall continue to be monitored at home for 7 days;
2. For those who have completed 14 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of home health monitoring in different places, health monitoring will continue for 7 days after arrival in Thailand, and 1 time nucleic acid testing will be conducted on themselves and their families living with * * * on the 28th day after entry.
3, family health care management is not in place or do not have the conditions, should be centralized isolation.
Second, get out of Taian.
1 and "two festivals", try to reduce unnecessary travel, off-peak holidays and off-peak return home, reduce personnel flow and reduce the risk of epidemic spread.
2. Personnel in Thailand are strictly restricted from going to medium and high-risk areas and counties, and do not go to other counties in prefecture-level cities where medium and high-risk areas are located unless necessary;
3. Personnel in high-risk positions [mainly include personnel in key positions such as fever clinics, designated hospitals and comprehensive medical institutions for specimen sampling and laboratory testing, service support personnel in port areas such as airports and ports who are in direct contact with entry personnel or goods, staff in centralized isolation places, and staff in centralized supervision warehouses, etc. Travel should be avoided as much as possible. If you really need to travel, you must leave your post 14 days or more, 48 hours.
4, fever patients, health code "yellow code" personnel, etc. Don't travel until you have ruled out the risk of infection.
