Under the guidance of Theory of Three Represents and the spirit of the Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 16th CPC Central Committee, we should implement the requirements of the "Implementation Outline" on establishing and perfecting a system of punishing and preventing corruption with equal emphasis on education, system and supervision, adhere to the principle that "the education of clean government should be close to teachers and students from an early age", and combine the overall planning of ideological and moral education in primary and secondary schools to carry out campus clean government cultural activities in a focused, all-round and multi-level way. Constantly enhance the awareness of the majority of faculty and staff who love their jobs and are honest in teaching, cultivate young students' correct values and noble moral sentiments, create a cultural atmosphere of "being proud of honesty and ashamed of corruption", and enable students to be deeply educated in activities and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.

Second, the target requirements

Carrying out the culture of clean government into the campus should be divided into three levels to achieve three purposes. First, carry out educational activities with the theme of "running a school with honesty and diligence" among members of the school team, and constantly improve their theoretical literacy. Through educational activities, we will raise the awareness of clean government and anti-corruption of cadres in party member, and urge all team members to set an example, work hard and study hard to run schools, become role models for teachers and students, run a satisfactory education for the people and create a satisfactory vocational education for the people. The second is to carry out educational activities with the theme of "teaching with integrity and serving students" among all teachers. Through educational activities, we will promote all teachers in the school to follow the law, love their jobs, serve with integrity, set an example, and be teachers who are satisfied with the people. The third is to carry out educational activities with the theme of "respecting honesty, respecting cleanliness, being honest and abiding by the law" among students, and bring the culture of honesty into the construction of campus culture, so as to give full play to the important educational functions of the school. Educational activities should closely follow five main contents, namely, ideal and belief education with lofty aspirations and serving the people as the main content; Moral quality education with honesty, responsibility and ethics as the main content; Traditional virtue education with honesty, frugality and self-discipline as the main content; Legal awareness education with justice, democracy and law-abiding as the main contents; The supervision consciousness education with rules, procedures and justice as the main content enables students to be influenced by the culture of clean government through four ways: subject infiltration, activity experience, reading comprehension and life experience, cultivate the feelings of respecting honest people and advocating honest behavior from an early age, and establish the attitudes and values of being honest and honest, doing honest things, making friends and obeying laws and regulations.
