Pomodoro technique is a time management method, which was founded by Francisco Cirillo in 1980s. This method uses a timer to divide the working time of 25 minutes and the rest time of 5 minutes, and those time periods are called pomodori, which is the plural of Italian pomodoro.
The key of tomato cultivation technology is planning, tracking, recording, processing and visualization. In the planning stage, tasks are put into the "To Do Today" list according to priority. This allows users to predict the workload of each task. At the end of each tomato season, the results will be recorded for improvement.
