chinese cabbage juice

Ingredients: 200g of Chinese cabbage apple juice, 5g of lemon juice, proper amount of sugar and crushed ice.

Practice: wash and chop the cabbage first, and squeeze out the juice with sterile gauze. Then mix with apple juice and lemon juice and stir well. Then add a proper amount of sugar and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

Tomato and pineapple juice

Ingredients: tomato 200g, pineapple juice 100g, lemon juice 15g, sugar and ice water.

Practice: Wash the tomatoes first, peel them, and squeeze the juice with sterilized gauze. Then mix tomato juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice and put them in the refrigerator for cooling.

Fresh Cucumber Juice

Ingredients: cucumber 250g, grape and banana150g, lemon juice 5g, a little crushed ice.

Grape Juice

Raw materials: purple grape1000g, sugar 250g.

Methods: firstly, the grapes were washed, peeled, mashed and filtered to get juice.

Put the peeled grape skins into a pot, add water (not too much) to boil, then simmer until the purple on the skins fades, and then filter.
