Fight sagging
In fact, the sagging of the chest is not only related to the spread of fat in the breast, but also related to the atrophy of pectoralis major. Exercising pectoralis major can make the chest elastic and plump again. We can stretch and twist our arms in all directions by stretching and exerting force on our arms, flank and shoulders, thus promoting blood circulation in the chest and enriching pectoralis major muscles.
1. Stand with arms straight and feet shoulder width apart. Put the whole arm close to the ear and straighten up; Look up at the direction of your fingertips.
2. Twist the whole arm to raise it horizontally, and the whole arm is driven by the elbow joint. Repeat for 4~5 times.
3. The wrist is bent upward, the palm is raised horizontally, the wrist is bent upward, and the arm muscles are fully stretched. Be careful not to bend your elbow for 5 seconds. Repeat 3~5 times.
4. The wrist bends down in line with the main idea of STEP3, the wrist bends down and the arm muscles are fully extended.
5. Twist your arms at the same time. The gist is the same as STEP2. The inside and outside of the whole arm are alternately twisted and lifted at the same time.
6. Bend your elbow behind your head and bend your left elbow behind your head. Hold the left elbow with your right hand, and the two elbows will drive the inside of the abdomen to stretch slowly together.
