Lycium barbarum, codonopsis pilosula, licorice.
Onion and red pepper
chilli powder
Gluten, yellow wine, honey, soy sauce, steamed fish oil.
Lemon or orange)
Steps/methods
1, first remove the fish scales and internal organs, then slice them and put them in the pot for later use. Sliced fish is tricky ~ if you eat well, there will be fewer fishbones ~ but my level is not very good ~ ~
2. Pour a proper amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, yellow wine, steamed fish oil, honey, soy sauce, glutinous rice flour, Chili noodles and lemon juice into the fish fillets and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
I forgot to buy lemon, so I had to use orange instead.
4. Add a proper amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, chicken soup or broth can also be added to the soup, and then add medlar, codonopsis pilosula, licorice, ginger and Huaiyao. And put the fish head in the soup and then boil the soup. Don't stir the soup until it is boiled, or it will smell fishy ~ ~ When the soup is boiled, you can let the green onions go.
After the soup is boiled, you can start. The cut fish is eaten in hot pot. How much did you eat? When the fish is ready, you can also eat vegetables, vermicelli and other side dishes.
