Since childhood, physical education class has always been my favorite course, but it is not my best one. I like it because I can escape all kinds of boring classroom content. Bad means that my physical education exam has been below the average. A long time ago, I positioned myself as a person who likes to play, but is not good at it. My sports ability is poor, even after work, especially when the first company participated in the staff sports meeting in the first year. I decided to start my first half marathon and stretch my running distance from 10km to 25km. After three months, I was so tired that I could successfully run the distance of 2 1.0975km, and I could also become a happy madman. In the days to come, I will keep running for a period of time every day and increase the running distance from 10km to 15km, 20km and finally 25km. Before running Li Ning 10k, the farthest distance I ran barefoot was only 5km, and I was still a little unsure. After the start, I ran to the side of the road, took off my shoes, put my mobile phone in the shoes, and held the shoes in my hand, running all the way. Finally, I finished the race in 52 minutes. I remember the excitement after the game, but it started to attack the next day. Severe pain in both feet and ankles has affected normal walking. Fortunately, it returned to normal after two or three days, and I still feel scared. Fortunately, I recovered in time, which is a lesson. I can't challenge myself at will. ? 20 14 Xiamen international marathon is my first full marathon, and it is also my first full marathon in flat shoes. Then run the 20 14 Suzhou Jinji Lake Half Marathon completely barefoot for the first time. Pre-race preparation is a tentative half marathon barefoot. I didn't feel any discomfort after running. From then on, I confirmed my ability to run a half marathon barefoot. Yangzhou April, 20 14, I ran the Yangzhou Marathon barefoot for the first time, totally barefoot, totally reckless. It's been half a year since Yangzhou Marathon. For half a year, because of the great changes in life and work, the running training plan basically stopped. 20 1 1, in June 2004, I didn't have systematic running training for about half a year. I ran a few 5km and 10km activities at will, and completed the 20 14 Shanghai Marathon in flat shoes. After the Shanghai Marathon, I practiced two 20 kilometers, several 10 kilometers, and on February 2 1 day, I stepped on a pair of cloth shoes 1 hour, 47 minutes and 47 seconds to complete the Shangrao Half Marathon. I have been preparing for the first full marathon on 20 15, which is also my first full marathon barefoot.
? 20 15 1.3, the first barefoot marathon was completed in 4 hours and 50 minutes. I ran barefoot for the first time, and I also felt some challenging slopes in Xiamen and Malaysia. Xiamen runs cautiously all the way. At 25 kilometers, the road surface was even worse, and the speed dropped from 6 to 7. After 30 kilometers, you can run through bad roads and various small slopes. The rest distance, except for many people on the road, is completely free to run. When I was 30 km to 35 km, I glanced at my watch and found that my pace had reached 5 minutes per km. When I ran to 35 kilometers, I couldn't run so smoothly because there were many people in front, so I had to restore the speed to 6 minutes per kilometer and keep it to the end. My barefoot running has gone through several processes:

Running in cloth shoes for a long time still makes you feel uncomfortable. Why not try running completely barefoot? For those who are used to running with shoes on, it takes a physiological and psychological adaptation process to run barefoot at once, so I chose to run a different way in socks. Many times, when I am not sure whether I have the ability to complete a goal completely barefoot, I will choose to wear socks to slow down, lower my expectations and try to get close to the goal.

The only trouble with cloth shoes is that if the shoes are big, you can't keep up with the pace of running. I also recommend friends who have just started barefoot to try it, which can help us overcome health problems, but there are still some problems. From taking off running shoes to running barefoot completely, this change needs a long process, and any idea of blindly pursuing how fast and how long barefoot running is not desirable. Barefoot can help us realize where our behavior habits are wrong, and it can also make us feel the happiness of being close to nature, but we need to constantly improve our self-perception ability and correct our wrong life and running habits. From 20 13, there are not many barefoot runners around, and few barefoot runners organize activities together. More people communicate with barefoot runners all over the country online. Although more and more people accept barefoot running in recent years, this group still belongs to a relatively small part of the whole running crowd, and there is no event that can specially take care of barefoot running people or set up for barefoot running. In 20 13, I was lucky enough to participate in a barefoot camp training in Shanghai. When I practiced barefoot running with more friends, I learned some essentials that should be paid attention to. So far, there are no other related barefoot running activities. Personally, I hope that the concept of barefoot running can be recognized by more people, and I hope that more people can understand the concept of barefoot running and natural happiness and join in the process of barefoot running to liberate their body and mind.
