Required materials: sago 80g, coconut milk 250ml, proper amount of sugar and water 800g.
Production method:
1, coconut milk, water and sugar are poured into a health pot and boiled for later use.
2. Add 800 ml of water to the pot and select the function of herbal tea. After the water is boiled, slowly pour in sago and stir while pouring.
3. After cooking, stew for 10- 15 minutes, and the sago is translucent and white.
4. Mix sago, cook again and stew for 20 minutes.
5. Simmer until sago has no white core, and filter out the water. (If sago is used, you can repeat it and change the water. )
6. Pour the filtered sago into the cooked 250g coconut milk, and the coconut milk sago is ready.
