Brief introduction of internal strength
From the book "Four Classics of Internal Work" collected by martial artist Wang Nanxi at home during the Kangxi period, the internal work focuses on the context, format, understanding, method of vitality and the state of qi running in the body, which makes the appearance look very strong. Mainly to regulate qi, nourish qi and luck in the body, so that the meridians are unobstructed, the five internal organs are disease-free, energetic and healthy. Naiwai, Shenyun, and Tommy Tam stress on training strength, spirit and body, and take this as the basis.
In the "Timing Fax" written by Xu Wenbi in the forty years of Qianlong, the internal and external work was expounded. External work is a method of massage, guidance and breathing. Internal work is divided into three steps: first, sit still, eliminate distractions, take off your coat and look inward; second, think about your abdomen, and the hot air rises from the Du meridian; third, the hot air runs from top to bottom.
