Fish farming in reservoirs is very common, but it is the first time that many people have heard of "tracking fish farming". So what is "tracking fish farming"? In fact, it is not mysterious to raise fish on the runway. The so-called "runway" is actually located in the middle of the fish pond and is made of cement and stainless steel. Each water tank is generally 25-30m long, 5m wide and 2m deep. Fish fences are installed at both ends of the aquaculture pond. The front "water pushing and oxygen increasing" device circulates the water on both sides of the pool for 24 hours, and the rear sewage suction device always collects the residual bait of fish manure, confining the fish in a relatively narrow space, allowing the running water to continuously flow through the "runway" and take away oxygen, food, feces and residues. In the traditional fish farming mode, the water in the pond or small reservoir is relatively static, and the fish move freely in the water. However, this new cultural model subverts the tradition. Push water and increase oxygen to make a pond stand still. Fish manure and residues produced in the process of culture enter the sewage suction channel along the circulating water, about 80% of which can be recycled as organic fertilizer, and the remaining 20% can be collected and utilized by the sewage system at the bottom of the fish pond, and some filtered food can be raised in the surrounding fish ponds.

In addition, after adopting the pond circulating water culture mode, through centralized culture, centralized sewage absorption and centralized treatment, zero discharge of aquaculture tail water is realized. At present, there are two runway fish breeding bases in Liandu, which mainly breed barracuda, brook fish, crucian carp and grass carp, with an annual output of about 60 tons and an output value of nearly 800,000 yuan.
