With a total construction area of 3.367 million square meters, the project is mainly to build urban distribution center, big data logistics information center, business warehousing and logistics center, multimodal transport center, supporting service center, epidemic prevention materials warehouse for public health emergencies and other functional buildings.

Yueyang City is now building a large-scale rehabilitation center project called Yueyang Sunac Health City. The construction of this project has been planned for some time, and I have heard about it for a long time. Finally, on June 5438+February 18, 2020, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for this rehabilitation center project, which means that the project officially started construction and will be built in stages according to the plan.

The total area of Yueyang Sunac Health City Project is about 324.8 mu. The project is located in Nanhu Plate, Yueyang City. The project reaches Hushan Road in the north, Gardening Road in the south, Yangjialong Road in the east and Blue House Lake in the shape of victory. The location is still excellent and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The project construction will focus on residential services, health services, old-age services, education services, life services and other functions.

Yueyang Rongchuang Health City Project will rely on the ecological resources of Leigong Lake to make full use of resources. It is estimated that the total investment of this health care project is about 5 billion yuan. According to the plan, Yueyang Sunac Health City has a total construction area of about 700,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 550,000 square meters. The goal of this project is to build a modern comprehensive health service center that integrates industrial functions such as residence, education, health preservation and health.
