Yu Dinghai's New Favorite of Fitness Qigong
For more than a year, Aunt Wu of Yin Hang Street has been practicing Qigong for half an hour every morning, which has benefited a lot. Symptoms such as insomnia, forgetfulness and constipation that have been bothering her have disappeared, and her face is rosy and her body is getting healthier and stronger. Now Aunt Wu not only practices by herself every day, but also drives many people around her to practice together.

The health qigong practiced by Aunt Wu is four sets of health qigong techniques newly launched by the State Sports General Administration in recent two years, which are: health qigong, Wuqinxi; Fitness qigong Yijinjing; Six-character formula of health qigong; Eight-stage brocade of health qigong. Teaching materials, teaching videos and practice tapes have been published and entered the pilot promotion stage. Fitness Qigong is a traditional national sport characterized by "three tones (regulating body, regulating breath and regulating heart)". By testing the biochemical, physiological and psychological indexes of human body before and after exercise, it is proved that the newly compiled health qigong has many effects on human health.

1. The newly compiled martial arts movements include all-round movements of the trunk, such as forward leaning, backward leaning, lateral bending, twisting, folding, lifting, opening and closing, scaling, etc., and effectively exercise the cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. Taking the waist as the main axis and fulcrum, it drives the upper and lower limbs to move in all directions, paying special attention to the movements of joints such as fingers and toes, so as to strengthen the blood microcirculation of the distal limbs and exercise the muscles that are not active or neglected.

2. When practicing the newly compiled qigong techniques, it is required to introduce outside and inside, which is loose and meaningful. That is to say, while moving joints, ligaments and body, we should concentrate our thoughts, eliminate distractions, follow the movements, and cooperate with the corresponding breathing according to the movements to achieve the requirement of "heart and heart are interdependent". On the premise of maintaining the correct posture required by Wushu, the body should be relaxed, comfortable and natural when practicing. Only when the limbs are relaxed and natural can we inhale purposefully, breathe all over the body, nourish the spirit with qi, make the blood flow smooth, and thus enhance our physique.

After practicing Qigong for three and a half months, Aunt Wu was pleasantly surprised to find that her bone density was higher than before, and now she walks firmly and forcefully. The lung capacity is increased than before, and it is not difficult to go up and down the stairs; Waist circumference, waist circumference and hip circumference were significantly reduced, and blood immune indexes were also significantly improved.
