3 Overview Magnetic therapy, referred to as magnetic therapy for short, is a kind of physical therapy that applies a magnetic field to the human body and treats diseases through the * * * on acupoints under the action of a proper amount of magnetic field. It has the functions of calming and relieving pain, diminishing inflammation and swelling, and lowering blood pressure.
China is not only the first country in the world to discover the phenomenon of magnetism, but also the first country to use magnetism to treat diseases. It is recorded in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica that the magnet is "something that can't be held because of arthralgia, swelling and pain of limbs ...". [1] In historical records, there are records of jade (magnets). Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica comprehensively expounded the efficacy of oral administration, inhalation and magnetic application. In 1950s, there were reports abroad about the development of magnetic therapy watchband, magnetic cap and magnetic bed, as well as the killing of tumors in vivo by superconducting magnets. 1962, China medical staff combined the magnetic field effect with the meridian theory, and applied ferrite and rare earth permanent magnet to acupoints to treat diseases, and achieved obvious curative effect. In recent years, there have been magnetic needles, magnetic beads, rotating magnetic field therapeutic instruments, magnetic therapeutic instruments and so on.
The reason why magnetic field can cure diseases may be related to many factors, such as dredging meridians, regulating the biological electromagnetic process of the body, forming nerve reflex, making the body produce micro-current, etc. Experiments show that the magnetic field can regulate the central nervous system, gastrointestinal tract and blood vessels in two directions, enhance the immune function of the body, reduce the whole blood viscosity, and have certain hemostatic and bacteriostatic effects. Clinically, it is mainly used for analgesia, sedation, spasmolysis, anti-inflammation, detumescence, blood pressure reduction, diarrhea and so on.
Commonly used magnetic therapy methods include: static magnetic therapy, that is, magnetic materials (such as magnetic sheets) generate a constant magnetic field to act on acupoints or affected areas, such as magnetic therapy caps, belts, knee pads, vests, shorts, glasses, watchbands and pillows. Dynamic magnetic therapy is to use alternating magnetic field, pulsating magnetic field, pulsed magnetic field and dynamic magnetic field generated when magnetic materials rotate to act on acupoints or diseased parts, and to treat them with magnetic therapy machine in clinic. Magnetized water therapy, that is, drinking magnetized water to treat diseases, is mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases and cholelithiasis at present. Magnetic therapy is widely used in clinic, and there is no absolute contraindication.
Indications: sprain, contusion, myofibrositis, hematoma, arthritis, joint pain, neuritis, neuralgia, hypertension, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pharyngolaryngitis, otochondritis, gastrointestinal dysfunction, herpes zoster, phlebitis, neurasthenia, capillary hemangioma, prostatitis, lobular hyperplasia of breast, fibroma of breast, sty, etc.

6 operation method 6. 1 magnetotherapy instrument includes magnetic sheet, magnetic bead, magnetotherapy instrument, rotating magnetic field instrument for acupoint therapy, changing or pulsating magnetic field therapeutic instrument, magnetic lamp and rubbing magnet.
6.2 Treatment Method 6.2. 1 The direction and intensity of the magnetic field are constant during the static magnetic field treatment. There are two main methods: direct application and indirect application.
(1) Apply directly. Apply the magnetic disk to the acupoint or around the focus. Disinfect the local skin before use, and remove the ironware such as watches and hearing AIDS. Two magnetic sheets are attached to corresponding acupoints on both sides of the human body with opposite polarities. When a monopole is placed, either the N pole or the S pole is used.
Magnetic beads are generally used in auricular points and attached to sensitive points or acupoints. Use one ear point at a time, and change another ear point after 3-5 days.
(2) Indirect magnetic therapy: For places that are allergic to adhesive tape or are not suitable for sticking magnetic sheets, make magnetic sheets into various magnetic therapy belts and tie them on acupoints for easy wearing.
6.2.2 Dynamic magnetic method (1) rotating magnetic field instrument? Install the magnetic sheet on the handpiece, and press the handpiece on the lesion or acupoint. 20-30 minutes each time, one day 1 time.
(2) Place the magnetic instrument on the focus or acupoint. 20 minutes each time, 10 times is 1 course of treatment, and the temperature is below 60℃, but it is not suitable for head and face.
(3) magnetic lamp? Direct irradiation on the focus, the temperature should not be too high, so as not to burn the skin, the distance is 40 ~ 50 cm or adjust the height according to the condition. Each time is 15 ~ 20 minutes, and five times is 1 course of treatment.
(4) Pressing the magnetic head treated by alternating induction magnetic field on the focus or acupoint. Each acupoint lasts for 5 ~ 10 minutes, 1 time every day, and 1 time is1course of treatment.
(5) Pulsed magnetic field therapy: after selecting the magnetic head according to the doctor's advice and fixing it at the treatment site, turn on the power supply in turn, and adjust the pulse frequency and magnetic field intensity to the required amount.
(6) Magnetic therapy: the permanent magnet is fixed on the therapeutic head of the electric device to treat the affected part.
(7) Magnetoelectric method: The magnetic sheet is used as the electrode, and low-frequency or intermediate-frequency current is applied for treatment.
(8) magnetized water treatment method: boil the water treated by magnetized water device (the time should not be too long) and put it in a container for later use. Adults drink 2500~3000ml daily, on an empty stomach 1000ml in the morning, and take the rest in stages.
6.3 The dosage of magnetic disk is 1. Grading according to the surface magnetic field strength of the magnetic sheet.
Small dose: the surface magnetic field intensity of each magnetic sheet is 0.02 ~ 0. 1 Tex.
Medium dose: the surface magnetic field intensity of each magnetic sheet is 0. 1 ~ 0.2 Tex.
High dose: the magnetic field intensity on the surface of each magnetic sheet is greater than 0.2 t.

The application of magnetic therapy in health care can reduce the excitability of peripheral nerves, increase the pain threshold, and have a certain analgesic effect on traumatic, neurological and inflammatory pain. In the process of whole body magnetic therapy, the effects of improving sleep state, prolonging sleep time and regulating blood pressure are particularly obvious. Promote blood circulation, improve microcirculation, accelerate the absorption and dissipation of inflammatory exudates, and have a good detumescence effect on skin or subcutaneous hematoma. It has spasmolytic effect on sphincter, smooth muscle and skeletal muscle, especially on bronchospasm caused by chronic bronchitis.
1. Bronchitis, asthma, Zhongshan, Shu Fei, Chise, Hong Long; Dingchuan, Shenshu, Guanyuan, Kongzui and Taiyuan. Ear points: lung, bronchitis, kidney, endocrine, subcortical. 7. Insomnia Hegu, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Shenmen and Taixi points. Ear points: heart, kidney, brain stem, sympathetic and pillow. Apply it every 2 days 1 week, and 10 times is 1 course of treatment.

9.prostatitis? Zhongjiao, Qugu, Bladder Meridian and Secondary Iliac. Ear points: prostate, bladder, urethra, kidney, Shenmen. 16. Knee arthritis, calf nose, Yinling spring, Yangling spring, intermittent discharge. Ear points: Knee and Shenmen.
