(1) Peace and quality
Physical characteristics: symmetrical and strong.
Common manifestations: moist face, thick and shiny hair and bright eyes. The nose is bright and moist, the sense of smell is smooth, the lips are rosy and there is no breath. Not easy to get tired and full of energy. Both cold and heat have good tolerance, good sleep and good appetite. Normal defecation. Observe that the color of the tongue is reddish, the coating of the tongue is thin and white, and the pulse is harmonious.
Suitable for fruits: apples, plums, pineapples, grapes, lemons, etc. Fruits with mild taste, such as jujube, hawthorn, olives, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, black sesame seeds, lotus seeds, oranges, bayberry and so on.
(2) Qi deficiency
Physical characteristics: the muscles are not strong.
Common manifestations: deep voice, shortness of breath, laziness, physical fatigue, listlessness and sweating. Red tongue, fat body, tooth marks on the edge of tongue, weak and slow pulse. Easily dizzy and forgetful. Some people have normal stools, some people have rotten stools, and they still feel "unfinished" after defecation. Urine is normal or the amount and frequency are too high.
Suitable for fruits: oranges, grapes, bayberry, longan, litchi, jujube, apples, peaches and so on.
(3) Yang deficiency
Physical characteristics: white and fat, muscle weakness.
Common manifestations: usually afraid of cold, "lack of heat" in hands and feet, like hot drinks and food, depressed, and sleep more. The tongue is pale, slightly fat, with teeth marks on the edge and moist tongue coating. Deep and weak pulse. Some faces are soft and white, often with "panda eyes", pale lips, hair falling off easily and sweating easily. How thick the stool is, and how long the urine is. Because of fear of cold, some heat sensations often shrink into shrimp.
Suitable for fruits: longan, litchi, durian, orange, jujube, apple, peach and so on.
(4) Yin deficiency
Physical characteristics: slim and slender.
Common manifestations: fever in hands and feet, usually hot mouth, dry throat, thirst, like cold drinks. The nasal cavity is dry and the nose is less. Dry stool, red tongue, less saliva and less tongue coating. Some people will also have a flush on their faces, a burning sensation in their hearts, dry eyes, blurred vision and dry skin, which is more likely to cause wrinkles. Some people will have dizziness and tinnitus, poor sleep quality, short and unsmooth urination, and a "thin string number" pulse.
Suitable for fruits: black sesame, sweet almond, sugarcane, peach, grape, bayberry and so on.
(5) Phlegm dampness
Physical characteristics: obesity, especially abdominal fat is rich and soft.
Common manifestations: the facial skin is greasy, sweaty and sticky, and it is easy to feel chest tightness and phlegm. Some people have pale yellow and dark faces, slightly swollen eyes and are prone to drowsiness. The tongue is fat, the tongue coating is white and greasy, and the mouth is often sticky and sweet. I usually like sweets and fatty foods. The stool is normal or slightly thin, the urine volume is not much or the color is slightly turbid. The pulse is slippery.
Suitable for fruits: lotus seeds, hawthorn, oranges, peanuts, olives, adzuki beans, lentils, broad beans and so on.
(6) Damp heat
Physical characteristics: Fat or thin.
Common manifestations: Under normal circumstances, the face is often shiny and prone to acne. The color of the tongue is red, the coating of the tongue is yellow and greasy, it is easy to taste bitter and dry mouth, and the body feels heavy and tired. Some people will be upset, have no energy to do things, have bloodshot eyes, dry stools, or look sticky, have short urine and have dark hair. Some male scrotum looks moist, and female leucorrhea increases. The pulse is "slippery" and appears urgent.
Suitable for fruits: fresh lotus seeds, hawthorn, olives, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, black sesame seeds, oranges, grapes and so on.
(7) Blood stasis
Physical characteristics: thin people are the majority.
Common manifestations: dull complexion, dark skin, pigmentation, easy to appear ecchymosis and pain. Dark or purple lips. The tongue is dark, with patchy ecchymosis, sublingual varicose veins and thin and astringent pulse. Some people have dark eyes, dull noses, hair falling off easily and dry skin. Women often have dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, or there are many blood clots in menstrual blood, which are purple-black and have lumps. Some people even have a tendency to bleed, vomiting blood and metrorrhagia.
Suitable for fruits: hawthorn, virgin red fruit, hawthorn, olives, pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds, lotus seeds and so on.
(8) Qi stagnation
Physical characteristics: Most people are thin.
Common manifestations: the most common ones are introverted and unstable, depressed and fragile, sensitive and suspicious, with poor adaptability to mental stimulation, and a miserable face at ordinary times. It looks boring and unhappy. Some people feel chest pain or lingering pain, often sigh and burp, or their throats always feel uncomfortable and something is stuck. Some women have breast pain. Poor sleep, loss of appetite, forgetfulness, excessive phlegm, dry stool and normal urination. The tongue is reddish, the fur is thin and white, and the pulse is thin.

(9) Intrinsic quality
Physical characteristics: Some have congenital physical defects or no special appearance.
Common manifestations: hereditary diseases have vertical inheritance and family characteristics. Fetal-borne diseases are the characteristics and related diseases that the mother affects the growth and development of a single fetus.
Suitable for fruits: oranges, grapes, bayberry, longan, litchi, jujube, apples, peaches and so on. And avoid fruits that are easy to cause allergies.
2. Physical weakness in daily exercise
In fact, there are many ways to recuperate physical weakness, and exercise is a good choice. If we can actively develop suitable sports, it can help us solve problems well. We need to know the specific methods according to the following contents.
Daily exercise focuses on stretching muscles and activating qi and blood. Don't sweat too much, stop sweating a little. The daily exercise time is about half an hour to one and a half hours, depending on your physical strength. Don't feel tired after exercise (you can exercise for an hour at a time, or you can divide it into two or three times for 20 minutes each time, or you can combine it for an hour).
The rule of exercise is to exercise as comfortably as possible, and don't make yourself too tired anyway.
Outdoor sports, brisk walking and jogging are recommended. If it is morning exercise, it is best to start after the sun rises.
