1, stewed lean meat with lotus seeds and lilies

Formula: lotus seed lily 30g, lean meat 200g.

Practice: soak lotus seeds and lilies in clear water for 30 minutes, wash lean meat, put it in a cold water pot, cook it (blanch it with water) and take it out. Put water in the pot again, put lotus seeds, lilies and lean meat into the pot together, add water and cook (you can add some refined salt and monosodium glutamate to taste).
