1, the vernal equinox solar terms are divided into three stages: "Wait for the birds to arrive; Second, wait for Lei Nai to make a sound; Third, wait for electricity. "
After the vernal equinox, geese moved northward to nest, accompanied by rain and lightning. Spring governs the liver, and it is the time when the yang grows. Spring is full of liver, while wood is full of spleen. The spring rain is continuous, the humidity is high, and it coincides with overeating during the Spring Festival, which is easy to damage the spleen and stomach and intestines. Therefore, Dr. Li's health advice at the vernal equinox focuses on "nourishing the liver and strengthening the spleen and harmonizing yin and yang".
2, the vernal equinox health, focusing on nourishing the liver
In spring, the yang of the human body conforms to nature, rises upward and outward, and its metabolism is vigorous and grows rapidly. At this time, you should go to bed early and get up early, exercise properly and nourish the liver qi. The ancients said, "In spring and March, comb your hair once or twice every morning." It can stimulate many acupoints on the head, help to dredge stagnation, dredge qi and blood, achieve Yang Qi, nourish and strengthen hair, and prevent headaches.
So how to comb your hair to achieve the best effect? First of all, choose a good comb, try to use a natural wooden comb or horn comb, and the comb teeth should not be too sharp to avoid scratching the scalp. Secondly, choose the right time, comb in the morning and before going to bed 10 minutes. Comb your hair from forehead to neck, from light to heavy, from slow to fast. Friends who are prone to colds at ordinary times should focus on combing the bladder meridian against cold. If you comb the middle governor vein, it will help to improve dizziness and refresh your mind. People with bad stomach can comb back and forth for many times about an inch up and down the hairline, which can relieve discomfort.
3, light diet, work and rest.
The spring equinox season is prone to dry mouth, fatigue, diarrhea and other discomfort. Diet should strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, eat more sweet products, such as jujube, pear, longan, tremella and so on. Secondly, avoid spicy, less oil and less salt is also the key, because salty taste enters the kidney, and eating too much salt is easy to hurt kidney qi, which is not conducive to maintaining Yang Qi.
We often say that "anger is easy to hurt the liver", so keeping a happy mood in daily life, insisting on proper exercise, regular diet and sleep are important magic weapons for a healthy life.
4, keep warm in spring, help yang to dissipate cold.
The first cold has gone, and spring is warm in bloom, but it is the season of first warm and cold. The temperature difference between day and night is large, so suitable clothes are very important. Don't rush to reduce clothes and damage the yang. Cold is born from the foot, and the clothes can be thick or thin. Pay attention to keep the lower limbs and feet warm, and it is best to sweat slightly to dispel the latent cold evil in winter. At the same time, you can protect your yang by pressing health points, such as Zhiyangguan and Yaoyangguan.
5, "three defenses" together, Yin Pingyang secret
The vernal equinox is an important opportunity to prevent epidemics, allergies, chronic diseases and balance yin and yang. At this time, it is the high incidence season of infectious diseases such as chicken pox and flu. We should pay attention to frequent hand washing and frequent disinfection in our daily life. At the same time, allergic diseases are related to environmental factors such as dust, mites, pollen and air pollution. We should try to avoid contact with all kinds of allergens, especially in the spring in the north, and wear masks when going out. Pay attention to prevent acute attacks of chronic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lumbocrural pain and respiratory system.
