Ingredients: 500g ribs, 6g medulla tetrapanacis, proper amount of water, three slices of ginger and a little soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Put one catty of ribs and 6g of medulla tetrapanacis into a casserole, and add cold water without raw materials;
2, stew for about 60 minutes until the soup is nearly dry, add ginger and add a little soy sauce to taste.
note:
Cao Tong sparerib soup is a medicinal diet. So don't put too much seasoning, including salt.

Seasoning: cooking wine, vinegar (a few drops), ginger, salt and onion.
working methods
1. Wash and drain the ribs, blanch them in boiling water, and then wash them. Wash the white radish and cut into pieces.
2. Put the ribs and white radish into the rice cooker, add vinegar, cooking wine, ginger slices and water, cover it, and cut off the power after cooking for 5 minutes.
3. After1hour, plug in the power supply for heating, add salt after boiling, and then cut off the power supply and stew for half an hour.
4. Add chopped green onion before cooking.
This dish, radish, absorbs the taste of meat and is especially delicious. It's really a pleasure to serve such a bowl of soup in winter!

working methods
1. Cut the ribs into small pieces; Soak Lycium barbarum in extra water until it swells slightly, and then take it out for later use.
2. Take a soup pot, add a proper amount of extra water to boil, blanch the spareribs in boiling water for about 1 minute with the method of 1, then take them out, wash them and put them into the rice cooker.
3. After cleaning the black dates, put them into the rice cooker of method 2 together with Lycium barbarum, ginger slices and water of method 1.

working methods
1. Wash the ribs, put them in a pot and blanch them with cold water.
2. After boiling, skim off the floating foam.
3. Take out the ribs, rinse them and put them in an electric pressure cooker. Add cooking wine, ginger slices, aniseed and appropriate water pressure for 20 minutes.
4. Pour the ribs and soup into the soup pot.
5. After boiling, add corn and carrots. The corn is ripe.
6. Tear the fresh mushrooms into strips and put them in.
7. After carrots and fresh mushrooms are boiled, add tomatoes and cook for a while.
8. Finally, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
