Brief introduction of meridian theory
Introduction of Meridian Diagram: Meridian theory is the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and its application plays an important role in physiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment. The Collateral Diagram is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the importance of meridian theory and its learning methods, and gives readers an introductory guide. Chapters 2 to 5 discuss the main body of meridian science, including the twelve meridians, the twelve meridians and Qijing, and briefly introduce the parts and acupoints of each meridian, as well as physiological, pathological and clinical application tips. Each meridian is equipped with a schematic diagram, which is quite convenient to learn. Chapter VI Twelve Meridians, which are the subsidiary parts of meridians, have an important relationship between human physiology and pathology. Here, the description and drawing of meridians are also made. At the end of the book, there is a table of acupoints at the intersection of meridians, a table of distribution of meridians in important parts of human body and important songs about meridians for reference and recitation.

"Illustration of Meridian Studies" gives a comprehensive introduction to meridian theory, which is suitable for the teaching reference of general acupuncture, western Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine as apprentices, and can also be used as a clinical reference book for acupuncturists.
