1, Introduction of Qianjinfang

Prescription for Emergency Use is considered as the earliest clinical encyclopedia in China, and the world is referred to as Qianjinfang for short. Tang Sun Simiao (58 1-682) was written in 652 AD and has 30 volumes. The Collection of Taoist Prizes is divided into 93 volumes. Sun Shi believes that "human life is the most important thing, and there is a precious daughter. If one party helps it, virtue will not stop there, so it is named after "daughter".

After this book was written, it had a very wide influence at home and abroad. The existing Japanese version of "The True Edition of Thousand Golden Formulas" may be a manuscript that has not been corrected by the Song Dynasty Correction Medical Books Bureau. The edition of "For Urgent Use" published by the Correctional Medical Books Bureau in the Song Dynasty has been reprinted and photocopied for more than 30 times in China and Japan, and there are dozens of lithographs, extracts, adaptations and Taoist scriptures.

The sincerity and practice of great doctors listed in the first chapter of Qian Jin Fang Yao are the basis of TCM ethics; His exposition of "Special Volume of Gynecology and Pediatrics" laid the foundation for the independence of Gynecology and Pediatrics in Song Dynasty.

It is advocated to treat internal medical diseases with deficiency of cold and heat in viscera as the key link, which is similar to the systematic classification of modern medicine. Among them, flying corpses (similar to tuberculosis) are classified as lung syndrome treatment, cholera is caused by diet, and the prone parts of osteoarthropathy (osteoarthrosis tuberculosis) and the relationship between diabetes and gangrene are described, which shows a high level of understanding.

Qian Jin Fang Yi is a classic of Chinese medicine compiled by Sun Simiao, a doctor in Tang Dynasty, to make up for the deficiency of his early masterpiece Qian Jin Fang Yao. A book was written in Yongchun two years, which recorded the prescriptions collected by Sun Simiao in his later years. In his later years, the author collected nearly 30 years' experience to make up for the shortcomings of his early masterpiece "A Thousand Daughters to the Prescription", hence the name Yong Fang.

Wanli Wang Kentang Song version of Thousand Daughters Wings, after several wars, has now disappeared among the people. Later, Chinese medicine introduced some prescriptions from Japan to China, which were photocopied and published by People's Health Publishing House in 1950s.

It was imported from Japan, but there is a big gap with the original version, and a lot of content is missing. There are six editions of China's Wings of a Thousand Girls in Japanese collections, but all of them are missing and none of them are complete, among which the Wang Kentang edition of thirty-three years of Wanli (1605) is the best.

Qianjin Fang Yi, now used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, is a common photocopy of Edo medical books published by People's Health Publishing House 1955. The missing contents in the book are all filled by prescriptions developed by contemporary Chinese medicine experts themselves.

Sun Simiao (54 1-682, controversial), a native of Jingzhao Huayuan (now Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province), was a doctor and Taoist in the Tang Dynasty and was honored as the "King of Medicine" by later generations.

In the seventh year of the Western Wei Dynasty (54 1), Sun Simiao was born into a poor peasant family. He was brilliant since he was a child, and when he grew up, he began to like Taoism and Zhuangzi's theory. In the first year of Emperor Yangdi's reign (58 1), Sun Simiao lived in seclusion in Zhong Nanshan, Shaanxi Province, and gradually gained a high reputation.

Sun Simiao attached great importance to the folk medical experience, accumulated interviews and recorded them in time, and finally finished his book "A Thousand Daughters". After the establishment of the Tang Dynasty, Sun Simiao accepted the invitation of the imperial court and cooperated with it to carry out medical activities. Celebrating the fourth year of Jian 'an (659), he completed the world's first national pharmacopoeia "Tang Xin Ben Cao".

In the first year of Shangyuan in Tang Gaozong (674), Sun Simiao was old and sick. Please go back to his hometown. The first year of Yongchun (682), died.
