1. Body sticker: As long as the sticker does not exceed 30% of the body area, you can go on the road normally without filing. More than 30% will be punished and restored to its original state, but mirror reflective paper cannot be used, and the lampshade cannot be covered with any film or paper;
2. Anti-collision device: Anti-collision device refers to a guardrail similar to an off-road vehicle. As long as the installation is safe and stable, there is no need for filing;
3. Hub: The specification, size, size and width of the original hub will not be changed, and no filing is required;
4. Xenon lamp: If the high version has a xenon lamp, it can be replaced, but a lens must be installed;
5. Tail wing: It is possible and unnecessary to change the tail wing of the original car, and the height and width should not exceed the body.

If a registered motor vehicle is under any of the following circumstances, the owner of the motor vehicle shall apply to the traffic management department of the public security organ that registered the motor vehicle for change of registration:
1, change the color of motor vehicle body;
2. Replace the engine;
3. Replace the body or frame;
4. The manufacturer replaces the whole vehicle due to quality problems;
5, operating motor vehicles to non-operating motor vehicles or non-operating motor vehicles to operating motor vehicles;
6. The residence of the motor vehicle owner moves out or moves into the area under the jurisdiction of the traffic management department of the public security organ.
To apply for registration of motor vehicle change, the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted, and the motor vehicle shall be submitted for inspection under any of the circumstances mentioned in Items (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the preceding paragraph; In the case of items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph, a certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection shall also be submitted:
1, the identity certificate of the motor vehicle owner;
2. Motor vehicle registration certificate;
3. Motor vehicle driver's license.
Where the domicile of the motor vehicle owner changes within the jurisdiction of the traffic administrative department of the public security organ, or the name (unit name) and contact information of the motor vehicle owner change, it shall be filed with the traffic administrative department of the public security organ where the motor vehicle is registered.
