This sudden human epidemic has not only changed our work and life, but also changed the fate and life of thousands of people in Qian Qian. How many families, how many people, even separated by the epidemic. We living people have no reason not to live well. Writing here, we suddenly remembered a very popular sentence in recent years:

? In 2020, I told all the employees of the organization that the goal of our organization this year is to survive.

? Now, we have survived in 2020, but the cost is also high. In order to survive, the organization paid a heavy price: because of management negligence, an excellent employee left, which was a great blow to me. It can be said that we had to start a lot of work again because of the departure of this excellent employee, but last year, when we needed people badly, fortunately, we survived. Living is everything, with everything, isn't it?

I am also very happy to see that all my angel friends are safe. God has eyes, and I will take good care of all your loving angels.

? Judging from the current situation, 202 1 is still not a promising year, but with your angel's company and support, I will go forward fearlessly until the end of my mission.

? Looking back on 2020, the first half of the year is to fight the epidemic and the second half is to catch up with work. The first half of the year was really busy to make up for the delay. One of the results is that only two reports were written last year, and only at the beginning of 20021was I able to catch my breath, sort out last year's work and write a general report.

First, disaster relief.

1, fighting the epidemic

In 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic broke out suddenly, posing a serious threat to national development and people's life safety. As a non-profit organization, Yixin Yiyi acted immediately in such a crisis.

The outbreak time is short, involving a wide range and the situation is grim. The medical staff worked overtime. Because of the fierce epidemic situation, the hospital's protective equipment was quickly consumed and rushed to the emergency department, which brought great challenges to the protection work and the front-line medical staff.

After learning this news, we quickly contacted the One Foundation and purchased a batch of materials for hospitals and medical staff, including 2000 pairs of disposable medical nitrile gloves, 84 disinfectant 12 boxes, and 280 barrels of 75% medical alcohol, totaling 2800 kg, which were delivered to designated hospitals in Nanchang, Jiangxi Chest Hospital, First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, Jiangxi Children's Hospital and Xinjian District respectively.

After distributing medical supplies to medical staff, we cooperated with Oxfam to distribute disinfection and personal protective equipment to sanitation workers who are fighting in the front line and facing the risk of virus. A total of 654.38 million yuan was applied for, and 5,240 kilograms of 84 disinfectant, 10455 pairs of work gloves, 3,200 bottles of antibacterial hand sanitizer and 342 bars of soap were purchased for 337/kloc-0 sanitation workers in donghu district, qingyunpu district and Xihu District as personal protection for front-line sanitation workers.

2, Poyang disaster relief

From the beginning of July 2020, a sudden flood. The average rainfall in Jiangxi is 228 mm, ranking 1 in the same period in history. Coupled with the arrival of the flood peak of the Yangtze River, the water level of Poyang Lake has risen by more than 0.4 meters for eight consecutive days, with the largest increase of 0.65 meters in a single day. The biggest increase in a single day has 9 characteristic water level stations exceeding the highest water level in history. The water level of Poyang Lake has exceeded the historical extreme since the hydrological record, exceeding 1998. On July 10, Jiangxi launched flood control level I emergency response. During this period, from 20: 00 on July 7 to 20: 00 on August 8, there were 35 counties and cities in Jiangxi Province with a wide range of impacts, the highest since 196 1 had a complete meteorological record. The continuous heavy rainfall caused the water level of Poyang Lake to rise, and 14 dikes broke. In order to minimize the impact of the biggest flood in Jiangxi in this century, on July 3, the single-retreating dike in Lake District 185 of Jiangxi Province was opened for flood storage. Up to now, the flood disaster that started on July 6th has caused 6.999 million people in Jiangxi Province to be affected, 699,000 people have been relocated and resettled urgently, and 288,000 people need emergency living assistance. The area affected by crops is 65.97 thousand hectares, and 937 households 1847 houses have collapsed, resulting in a direct economic loss of 20.22 billion yuan.

On July 8, the personnel of the first echelon of Nanchang Yixin Yiyi Public Welfare Service Center, the Jiangxi partner of the One Foundation Joint Disaster Relief Project, communicated with Poyang County Emergency Bureau to obtain the basic situation of the disaster. And divided into two groups to Poyang County and Jingdezhen City for further disaster analysis. That night, in 2020, Poyang County Disaster Relief Operation Command Center was established in Poyang County to coordinate and dispatch flood relief operations in Jiangxi Province.

July 10: The kayak of Wannian Green Boat Rescue Team, the partner of One Foundation Joint Disaster Relief Project, is in place to assist in the transfer work. The first batch 1000 pieces of drinking water supported by Xinli Real Estate arrived in Youdun Street Town.

? As of July 30th, Yixin Yiyi and One Foundation have carried out joint disaster relief activities in the following areas:

? Distribute 2 176 sets of rice, 2 176 sets of cooking oil, 90 sets of Jiumu net kettle, disaster relief incubator 1392 sets, and One Foundation warm package/kloc-0 to duchang county, Hukou County, Lianxi District, Lushan City, pengze county and Yongxiu County, which are the most severely affected areas in Jiujiang City.

Distribute rice 1265438 sets, cooking oil 1265438 sets, 982 sets of disaster relief incubators, one foundation warm bags 173 sets and 24000 bottles of drinking water to Poyang county, Wannian county and Wuyuan county of Shangrao city.

In conjunction with local public welfare organizations, Jingdezhen Lu Yi Sunshine Volunteers Association, Jingdezhen Cycling Volunteers Association and Jingdezhen Lehe Home Public Welfare Service Center, 270 One Foundation warm bags were distributed to the affected schools.

? In Ji 'an area, 500 disaster relief incubators and 600 sets of rice and cooking oil were provided to residents in Ji 'an disaster area.

? The total amount of funds invested in disaster relief by One Foundation Jiangxi United Disaster Relief Network reached 1.78 million yuan.

In addition to cooperating with One Foundation, Yixin Yiyi also cooperated with amity foundation to provide relief materials worth 950,000 yuan for Jiangxi victims.

? On July 10, we sent 3,600 boxes of materials donated by Aide to Xiejiatan, Youdun Street and Xiangshuitan Township, with a value of 654.38+10,000 yuan.

? From July 15, rice, oil, daily necessities and fresh food were donated to the affected villages.

? Provide 1250 sets 100 kg of rice and 5 liters of cooking oil to the most severely affected victims in Xiangshuitan Township, hebei village.

? In addition, we also cooperated with amity foundation to provide 1380 kg of fresh meat and 3000 kg of fresh vegetables to more than 500 people in 265 households in Henghe Village, Houjiagang Township, Poyang County within 12 days.

Yixin Yiyi and amity foundation distributed fresh food to the victims in Henghe Village, Houjiagang Township, Poyang County, which was also published in the ninth issue of Disaster Reduction in China in 2020.

? From June, 5438 to February, 2020, the Yixin Yiyi, Sany Foundation and Shenzhen Caring Action Public Welfare Foundation totaled 220,000 yuan in materials, which were used to support116 elderly people over 60 years old, mainly quilts and rice.

Sany Foundation also donated warm bags worth 654.38 million yuan to children in Pengze, Hukou, Yongxiu and Lushan.

Different from the past, this year's disasters are many and serious, which really exhausted all our employees. But think about the smile on the victim's face, no matter how hard and tired it is. Let's make a detailed calculation. This year, we cooperated with five foundations in disaster relief, with a total amount of funds reaching more than 3 million yuan, which is the largest amount of funds over the years.

? Second, pay attention to the disabled groups.

Since 20 16, Yixin Yiyi has cooperated with Oxfam to actively promote the improvement of barrier-free travel and reasonable convenience that restrict the lives of disabled people? In our work, we have cultivated and supported the self-organized growth of the disabled through various training and micro-financing activities, and provided funds for these disabled organizations to carry out various activities, and achieved very encouraging results.

In 2020, four sessions of disability training were held, including basic knowledge of disability, barrier-free travel and reasonable convenience, interpretation of disability policy, auxiliary employment training, disability and gender and other trainings related to the life, work and personal growth of disabled people. Through training and small grants, students can integrate theory with practice, quickly learn and master policies and methods related to disabled people's travel, and actively participate in barrier-free travel.

Third, resource introduction and project docking.

The 6th Biennial Meeting of China Educational Public Welfare Organizations opened the horizon for Jiangxi public welfare organizations, from the traditional level of donating money and materials to a more comprehensive level of paying attention to children's physical and mental health growth and quality education. We believe that more and more organizations will pay attention to children's growth in the future, and we will continue to introduce national quality projects into Jiangxi to help Jiangxi non-profit organizations become professional.

Fourthly, the capacity building of non-profit organizations.

As a non-profit organization that has been deeply cultivated in Jiangxi for 10 years, we have noticed that the development level of non-profit organizations in different regions of Jiangxi is different. According to the present situation of different development levels in different regions, we have designed different training contents to meet the needs of different regions. In Fuzhou, our training focuses on child safety standards, and in Gannan, our training focuses on basic training.

? In addition to basic training, we also conducted gender training twice this year. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration. Gender equality has always been the basic national policy of China's development, but there is still a long way to go. We hope to start with non-profit organizations, enhance their gender awareness, reduce gender discrimination and promote the harmonious development of society.

With regard to children, we held full-time training in children's service stations to improve the ability of full-time staff in Jiangxi children's service stations to provide children's services.

? In 2020, a major flood occurred in Jiangxi, and people's property suffered heavy losses.

In the face of disasters, social organizations in Jiangxi took active actions, gave full play to their respective advantages, fought in the front line of disaster relief, and played their due role and contribution to the fight against epidemic situation and disaster relief. The fly in the ointment is that there is still a lack of cooperation platform and mechanism between the rescue team and other social organizations, which makes social forces fail to form effective cooperation in the disaster relief process and social resources fail to be rationally allocated.

With the increasing participation of social forces in disaster relief, a seminar and exchange meeting on social forces' emergency rescue mechanism in Jiangxi, a flood-prone province, was held, and relevant experts and guests from other provinces were invited to share their experience in joint disaster relief, in an attempt to explore and construct an emergency rescue mechanism for social forces that conforms to Jiangxi characteristics.

? V small grants and public research

While Jiangxi's public welfare is booming, there are also a number of grassroots organizations growing up under the trend of the times, especially organizations for the disabled. Due to social and environmental factors, it is difficult for disabled people to apply for funds to carry out activities. As always, we focus on supporting disabled people and their parents to organize activities. With its flexibility, timeliness and low requirements, small grants play an extremely important role in the growth and development of public welfare organizations and public welfare projects. To this end, Yixin particularly emphasized the significance and role of small grants.

Besides disability, we also provide small-scale projects for gender equality to promote the development of gender equality in Jiangxi.

? According to the usual practice, we released the observation report of charitable social organizations in Jiangxi in 2020. But this year is different from the past, because of the epidemic, our visit time has been limited, and the number of institutions visited has also been compressed. Based on this situation, our main research object this year focuses on having full-time social organizations to better reflect the characteristics of Jiangxi public welfare on the road of professionalism and specialization.

? Accurate poverty alleviation and social governance by intransitive verbs

June 5, 2020 165438+ We donated 25 water purifiers and 10 music classrooms to Xunwu County, Ganzhou City, with a total value of 2 million yuan.

This year, we raised 4,750 warm bags with the province's non-profit organizations, with a total value of about 6,543,800 yuan. In addition, there are 60 safety classrooms in the province to teach children knowledge of drowning prevention, fire prevention, traffic safety and earthquake prevention, so as to better protect children.

? In June, 2020, entrusted by the government of Taohua Town, Xihu District, we were responsible for the bidding of community governance and service innovation project in Taohua Town, Xihu District. After visiting and investigating Taohua Town 2 1 village/community in the early stage, the basic problems and community needs of Taohua Town 2 1 village/community were sorted out, and on the basis of this investigation, the outline and main contents of the bidding for community governance and service innovation project in Taohua Town in the lake area were determined. Seven, public exchange

In addition to training, we also actively promote exchanges between regional organizations. To this end, we held two regional organization exchange meetings in Ji 'an and Ganzhou respectively, which effectively promoted the development of regional public welfare organizations.

In addition to intra-provincial exchanges, Peng Haihui, the head of Yixin Yiyi, also participated in the "Challenges and Countermeasures of International Public Welfare under the Epidemic Situation" held in Beijing on behalf of non-governmental organizations and made a speech.

Subsequently, he also participated in the evaluation of the foundation by the Kumquat Award sponsored by NGOs, and presented the Kumquat Award to the outstanding funded foundation on behalf of NGOs. Coincidentally, the four special contribution awards I awarded: Narada Foundation, Oxfam, Shenzhen One Foundation and Zhejiang Dunhe Foundation, are all four foundations that have financial support relations with us.

? The significance of this award is that it breaks through the power relationship between traditional foundations and NGOs and embodies the theoretical values in the field of public welfare: equality, fairness and justice.

After writing this year's report, I don't even know how this year came. All kinds of emergencies and troubles. Although there are many things, fortunately, I can face and accept them with a rational attitude, and I also remember the sentence: change what I can change and accept what I can't.
