5. Mushroom tofu

Ingredients: south tofu, mushrooms, magnolia slices, sesame oil, broth, salt, monosodium glutamate, onion, sugar and wet starch.

Practice: cut tofu into small pieces, put it in boiling water for a while, and then take it out to dry. Prepare slices of mushrooms and magnolia officinalis, remove the roots of mushrooms, and then blanch them together in boiling water.
