Can shrimp and beef be eaten together?
We can eat together. Shrimp is nutritious, rich in protein and inorganic salts such as calcium and phosphorus, but many shrimps contain astaxanthin, which is easy to be allergic if eaten too much, especially for people with indigestible shells and poor gastrointestinal function. Beef is rich in high-quality protein, which supplements essential amino acids. There are no chemicals that react with each other, which makes people uncomfortable. Beef and shrimp can be eaten together and can be made into: beef and shrimp casserole porridge.

1. Prepare materials, slice beef, cut celery and onion into small pieces, slice ginger, shred fresh shrimp and remove shrimp line for later use, and shred coriander for later use.

2. Cook the porridge with a rice cooker first. There is no casserole at home. Cook with soup. Pour the porridge in the rice cooker into the soup and add the ginger slices.

3. Boil the porridge with high fire. After the porridge is boiled, add the fresh shrimp and roll until it changes color.

4. continue to cook on high heat. After the shrimp changes color, add beef and proper amount of salt. The fire boils for about half a minute, cover the pot and cook for about five minutes on medium heat. Stir in the middle to prevent sticking to the bottom. After boiling for five minutes on medium heat, turn to high heat and add proper amount of cooking oil, celery, onion and a little pepper.
