What is cement self-leveling floor?
Self-leveling floor is a kind of free-flowing slurry, which can change from material to water. According to the uneven terrain, it can be quickly spread on the ground to obtain a flat ground from the surface. Generally, ordinary silicon cement, high alumina cement and silicate cement are used as bonding materials for cement self-leveling floor.
Construction steps of cement self-leveling ground
Basic treatment:
1. Before construction, the strength of foundation concrete should be ≥C20, uneven places, cracks and holes should be leveled in advance, and then the sundries scattered on the base surface should be cleaned up, and the surface must be kept hard, smooth and clean.
2. Before pouring, water and wet the surface layer of concrete base to ensure that there is no water attached to the surface layer.
3. Self-leveling construction will be carried out 265,438+0 days after the construction of ordinary cement new concrete base, and 7 days after the completion of the construction of sulphoaluminate cement new concrete base.
(2) Interface treatment:
1. If it is a smooth base, it is recommended to cut or nap. It is recommended to use EC- 1 surface treatment agent. When in use, it should be evenly mixed according to the proportion of EC- 1: water: cement: fine sand =1:kloc-0/:kloc-0/,and then painted or sprayed on the base surface. The reference dose of EC- 1 is 0.2 ~ 0.3 kg/m2.
2. When the surface is not sticky, self-leveling construction can be carried out.
(3) stirring:
1, small area or expressway construction, you can use a small electric mixer (200 ~ 500 rpm) to stir in a bucket, and each stirring needs a complete bag; In large-scale construction, high-speed mixer can be used for mixing and mortar pumping.
2. Pour a proper amount of clean water into the bucket, start the blender and slowly add a bag (preferably within 1 minute) while stirring, stir for 4 ~ 5 minutes, let it stand for about 1 minute, and then stir until it is uniform and free from caking.
3. In cold conditions, warm water (no more than 40℃) should be used for stirring. Mortar temperature should be kept above 5℃.
(4) pouring and leveling:
1, pour out the stirred mixture, spread it evenly, and control the thickness with a special toothed scraper. The construction thickness of this product is ≥3mm, and the construction thickness at one time is 3 ~ 30 mm. The reference dose was1.6 kg/m2/mm.
2. The constructors can wear spikes to enter the construction site, and scrape the mortar surface with a toothed scraper, so as to eliminate the unevenness of seam rejection and maintain the required thickness.
3. Gently roll with the deflation roller to eliminate the bubbles generated in the stirring process.
4. The stirred product should be used up within 35 minutes.
(5) Maintenance:
No curing is required at room temperature, and after initial setting at high or low temperature, measures such as watering or covering wet sacks and straw mats shall be taken for curing 1 ~ 3 days. The ground with heavy traffic needs to be maintained for 3 days before it can pass.
