Materials:
Rice, chicken kidney, quinoa, oatmeal, medlar, a little salt.
Exercise:
(1) Wash rice, soak for half an hour, wash chicken kidney and slice, and wash Lycium barbarum;
(2) put quinoa, oatmeal and rice into a pot and cook them together to make porridge;
(3) Add chicken kidney and continue to cook for about 10 minute;
(4) Add salt before cooking.
2. Chicken fillet with onion
Materials:
Chicken kidney 300g, onion 1 root, 2 peppers, angelica dahurica, star anise, cooking wine, edible oil, soy sauce and starch.
Exercise:
(1) Wash chicken kidney, cut into pieces and marinate with cooking wine 10 minutes or so;
(2) Boil the water in the pot, add Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Fructus Anisi Stellati, and add the pickled chicken kidney to cook;
(3) taking out the pickled chicken kidney for later use;
(4) After the oil pan is heated, add chicken kidney and stir fry, then add onion and pepper and add a little soy sauce to thicken.
3. Stewed chicken kidney with mushrooms
Materials:
4 chicken kidneys, 5 mushrooms, chicken soup, salt, pepper and rice wine.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and slice chicken kidney, soak mushrooms, and cut into sections with a knife;
(2) Pour the chicken soup into the pot, add salt, pepper, yellow wine and mushrooms, and simmer for about 10 minute;
(3) Add the cut chicken kidney and continue to cook for 5 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
