Cultivate one's morality and cultivate one's mind.
Now this materialistic society, there are too many temptations, too many impetuous. There's too much pressure. Let us have no time to calm down and take a good look at our present state (physically and mentally). Yes, in order to live, we have been working hard, and of course we have been numb for a long time. I am very tired after a day's work. When I got home, I lay in bed and began to play games and play plays. Thinking about rewarding yourself. As a result, I was addicted to games and stayed up all night. We are not qualified to judge others. Because we may be next.

For me, there are three stages in my life: self-cultivation, family harmony and self-cultivation.

? First: cultivate one's morality.

I don't mean to cultivate body and mind, virtue and body through observation and study. But let us have a good posture and figure through exercise. Why do you say that? To borrow a word, health is the capital of revolution. Without good health, you can't enjoy the best life. You have money, you can't eat this and play that. Aren't you trying so hard to make money just to live a better life? What's the point of making money? No money to earn, poor health and no money to earn. As far as the competitiveness of the present society is concerned, it is a very realistic problem that overtime work cannot compete with others if you are in poor health. Especially when people are old, they begin to feel powerless, and all kinds of pains follow, obviously feeling that their bodies are going downhill. Our first consideration is how to enjoy life, not our own health. Sometimes health care is just an aid. Only when the body moves can the body maintain itself. So should we consider our health?

Second: cultivate the mind.

When you leave a healthy body, you need a strong mind. Cultivating the mind does not mean being indifferent to the world. Instead, we should strengthen the study of knowledge, increase our knowledge and cultivate a positive attitude. I won't complain about others' promotion and salary increase, laugh at others because they are down and out, and gloat over others' mistakes. What we have to do is to examine ourselves and constantly improve ourselves. If you are wrong, face it calmly and find a way to solve the problem. An adult, in particular, should have his own thinking and responsibility, and have a good attitude. Learn to look at problems from multiple angles and treat every experience as growth, not misfortune. Be thankful that we have no ability to change this environment. What we can do is to change ourselves and make ourselves better and stronger. When a healthy body, coupled with a strong mind, can create an invincible self.

Third: practice.

It's not pointing to chanting Buddha at home, nor is it a "journey to the west" that comes after all hardships. Practice is actually everywhere. It is our understanding of the world and the sublimation of our thoughts. The ultimate goal is to make your thoughts accessible. Know what you need, what to do and what road to take.

I hope everyone can find their own way. Don't forget your initiative and break the waves!
