Practice and making materials of Huangqi coix seed sparerib soup;

1. Preparation materials: 600g of sparerib, 50g of coix seed, 50g of gordon euryales, 0g of astragalus 10, ginger 1 slice, and onion 1 root.

6. Then put Coicis Semen, Euryale Semen, Astragalus membranaceus, ginger and shallots into the pot.

7. Continue to keep the lid on medium heat for 5 minutes, then cover the lid and simmer slowly. After cooking for about an hour, the meat was badly cooked and the soup turned white and thick.

8. Dip into a small bowl and add some salt to taste. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy.
