Ingredients: pumpkin 1.
Accessories: glutinous rice 100g, jujube (fresh) 1, raisin 10g, medlar 5g, blueberry 5g and cranberry 5g.
Exercise:
1, add 50g water to glutinous rice and steam it in boiling water;
2. After cooling slightly, add dried fruits and mix well;
3. Remove the upper part 1/5 of the pumpkin, dig out the pulp, make it into the shape of a pumpkin cup, and wash it with clear water;
4. Put the mixed glutinous rice into the pumpkin cup;
5. Boil water on the pot and steam for 8 minutes.
