"The Inner Canon of Huangdi Lingshu" said: "The heart is the master of the five internal organs, while anxiety is tempted, and the heart is shaken by the five internal organs." Go back to your seat, arms straight forward, fingers locked, chest out. Stretch out one leg, put your foot on your hand, bend and stretch out, and take two deep breaths at the same time.
