2, toe tip
Toe on the ground, heel slowly lift, to feel the tension of calf muscles, the higher you stand, the better. The stomach meridian passes between the second toe and the third toe of the foot. If the spleen and stomach are weak, you can often exercise your toes. You can also walk on tiptoe at ordinary times, so you must remember to tiptoe a little higher to be effective.
Step 3 push the abdomen
The solution of chronic diseases obtained by human body is mainly discharged through the "three turbidity" of feces, waste gas and waste water, which is also the culprit of chronic diseases. Pushing the abdomen can help us get rid of excess turbid gas in the body. Push the palm or fist from the heart to the lower abdomen for about 50 times. It is recommended to do it 40 minutes after meals or before going to bed. It can solve abdominal distension after meals, strengthen the spleen and replenish qi.
4. Kneeling method

6, supine lacing method

7. Diet therapy

Don't eat cold, spicy and greasy food every day, be light and eat more whole grains. You can take Lingti Mingshui to resist spleen deficiency, eliminate dampness and detoxify, and strengthen the spleen and stomach. Lotus leaf, hawthorn, cassia seed, poria cocos, mulberry leaf, coix seed, Polygonatum sibiricum, peach kernel and honey, all of which are homologous to medicine and food, are decocted once in the morning and once in the evening to form a paste.
8. Moxibustion therapy
