Intestine plays a very important role in improving human immunity. It is important to pay attention to daily habits. If you often have the following five habits, your intestines may be damaged.

Eat alone. There are a large number of beneficial flora in the intestine, and different flora have their own preferences for nutrition. A single diet will make the growth of flora tend to be similar. Eating only a few foods for a long time will reduce the diversity of microorganisms and affect intestinal health.

Eat too dirty. In addition to beneficial bacteria, there are some pathogenic bacteria hidden in the intestine. Under normal circumstances, the pathogenic bacteria in the intestine should be in a suppressed state and will not cause disease. However, an unsanitary diet will cause a large number of foreign bacteria to enter the intestine, destroy the microecological balance and easily induce diseases. In addition, greasy, high-sugar or irritating foods will also destroy the intestinal environment to a certain extent, causing adverse effects and should be controlled as much as possible.

Feel free to clear the intestines. The reason why people need to defecate every day comes from the nutritional digestion and metabolism of intestinal flora, so it is impossible to empty in the intestine. If we excessively pursue detoxification, defecation and bowel cleaning, and therefore take laxatives for a long time, it may cause a blow to the intestinal flora.

Use drugs at will. Abuse of antibiotics is not uncommon in life, but in fact, self-medication or overdose may affect the intestinal flora. At this time, the balance between beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria in the intestine is broken, and the protective barrier of the intestine will be affected. If there are not enough probiotics in the intestine to fight against the bad bacteria inside and outside the antibody, gastroenteritis or other infectious diseases will come to you.

There's too much pressure. Emotion will affect the normal operation of the intestine, and emotional fluctuation will also affect the changes of intestinal flora in some way. In particular, negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and anger often do incalculable harm to the intestines.

Intestinal problems can easily lead to various diseases, so how to keep the intestines healthy? Let's start with the following four aspects.

Drink enough water. The average adult's daily drinking water is between 1500 ~ 1700ml, which is a reasonable amount. For people who are often prone to constipation, you can drink about 1500 to 2000 ml of water every day.

Exercise more. Regular physical exercise can shorten the time of intestinal passage and facilitate defecation. It is generally recommended to exercise for 30 to 60 minutes every day, at least twice a week.

Large amount of defecation. It is suggested to grasp defecation in the morning and within 2 hours after meals, and develop defecation rules, which is helpful to protect intestinal health. For people with constipation, when defecating, hold the root of your finger with your index finger and thumb. If there is any pain, just pinch it for a while, which may have a better effect. Of course, more serious defecation difficulties still need to be improved in time.

Eat fiber. Increasing dietary fiber intake is helpful to improve defecation frequency, fecal characteristics and colon transit time. The recommended intake of dietary fiber is 20 to 35 grams per day.
